La taxe de service supplémentaire (vélo + navette), c'est de la "Vente forcée" dont nous n'avions nullement besoin et qui nous était imposée !
La qualité des repas : exemple : café = nescafé + eau chaude du robinet ! Jus de fruit : eau + je ne sais quoi (goût infâme). Viande en buffet à 350 MX$ : saucisse à hot-dog. Eau chaude pour le thé : eau chaude du robinet ! Pleine de bactéries ! Interdit en Europe !

Un hotel antiguo pero actualizado. Habitaciones muy cómodas y tranquilas.
Pros:

La ubicación, a diez minutos andando de la zona arqueológica de Tulum.
Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas, buen aire acondicionado. Al parecer han sido renovadas y actualizadas hace dos o tres años.
La terraza del edificio, con una pequeña piscina, también es llamativa

Cons:

Solicité varias veces, con dias de antelación, plaza de parking gratuita, y no me dieron confirmación hasta después de haber pasado una noche. Menos mal que no hubo problema, había bastantes plazas disponibles.
La entrada al hotel no está señalizada, no sabes si estás entrando al hotel o a un camino de tierra hacia ningún sitio. Un pequeño cartel no vendría mal.

Hotel situato in posizione ottima, vicino all'ingresso alla rovine di Tulum. Non lontano dal centro, ma non è possibile utilizzare taxi o collectivos per raggiungerlo. Camera ampia. Ci è stato concesso di parcheggiare all'arrivo in hotel e fare il check in nel pomeriggio

Cons:

Ho scritto 3 volte all'hotel se fosse possibile parcheggiare il mattino prima di fare il check in, se era possibile noleggiare biciclette ma non ho mai ottenuto risposta. Ho potuto usare il parcheggio ma le biciclette non era disponibili perchè tutte occupate e ho dovuto rivolgermi altrove per il noleggio

1 night stay is enough
Pros:

Great location to the beach ruins, 5 minutes walking distance and they have bikes to hire. The view from the roof top bar is amazing. You can see part of the ruins from the pool area.

Cons:

The meal options are basic. Buffet style. The property had no hot water, when enquiring with the reception staff if it will be fixed, the response was " it's a hotel wide issue and the repair man is coming tomorrow" . I stayed 3 night's and it was not fixed. Also the shower head needed descaling as there was hardly any water flow. It's hard to wash long hair with 5 water streams and it's cold water. I visited Tulum in winter. I found that the staff weren't very friendly.
The location from Tulum beach is a distance. 20 minute taxi ride. I hired a hotel push bike and it took about 40 minutes to cycle in.

Pros:

La terraza con su pisina y el tamaño de la habitación,buen wi fi, buena tv con Roku, la estetica general del lugar.Buen estacionamiento. Pasamos una estancia tranquila y agradable.

Cons:

Nunca hubo agua caliente..no llego a molestarnos...pero solo por que tenemos buena predisposición, no tiene frigo bar.

Hotelová restaurace na střeše. Snídaně dostačující.

Cons:

Večer netekla teplá voda. Koupelna malinká.Umyvadlo je přímo na pokoji vedle postele. Postele tvrdé. Na pokoji byli mravenci a ve sprše šváb. Noční klid neexistoval. Vybavení pokoje..chybí lednice. Není na čem si usušit prádlo.

Pros:

Les ruines à proximité

Cons:

Le lit dur et bruit de plastique,la propreté, pas de chaises dans la chambre, les balcon rouillé, le bruit extérieur dès 5h00 du matin. Bruit dans les couloirs tôt le matin. Sale de bain minuscule.

Le rooftop avec la vie sur la foret et un personnel sympa. Le parking etait appreciable.

Cons:

L'hotesse d'accueil antipathique. La piscine donne qur la route, c'est dommage. La chambre etait tres moyenne (vieillissant) et les lits petits et durs. La clim etait tres bruyante dans la salle de bain/toilettes et le hall (on l'entendait la nuit). On etait loin de la ville.
