Pros:

天文館の中心部で、便利なことは間違いない
商業施設に併設なので、雨が降っても、ほぼ濡れることなく行動できます

部屋の清掃も良く行き届いており、非常に快適でした

眺望は、気にしてないです（苦笑）
よく行く場所なので、今更…って感じです
でも、もう少し高層階だったら、何か違ったかもですね

Refaのシャワーヘッドいいですね
アイロンとかは、使わないので、よくわかりませんでした（笑）

Beautiful, newer, clean hotel. Room is small, but very comfortable. Excellent amenities. Close to Tenmonkan shopping area and transportation. Breakfast buffet had many options. Staff were extremely courteous and helpful. I would return.

This is a new hotel in a very convenient location, close to the Tenmonkan area. The lobby is spacious, and so are the guest rooms. I had a room with a mountain view—you can sort of see Sakurajima from there, but the best view is from the breakfast floor. They offer a nice selection at breakfast, and some seats let you enjoy your meal while taking in the view of Sakurajima.

The only minor drawback is that the parking lot is not directly at the hotel, but overall, I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it.

We loved the location of the hotel. It was within the shopping mall which was convenient. We also recieved a discount for using the parking lot for 2days which was helpful. The staff were very kind. Only small flaw was that the rooms were a bit smaller than expected but workable.

とても綺麗なホテルで、チェックイン、アウトもとても楽ちん。アメニティもたくさん、バスルームもとても広く天井からシャワーが出るのも楽しめました。
繁華街の真ん中にあるホテルなので買い物も飲食も選べない程あります。

朝ごはんのバイキングもとても美味しかったです。鹿児島にまた来る機会があれば是非泊まりたいです。

全てにおいて快適に過ごせました、場所も天文館のど真ん中ですし下の階にはレストラン、パン屋さん、図書館までありました
