Great location, the personal is very helpful and informative, i will definitely recommended
I stayed at thi property two years ago and had an extraordinary experience. I rebooked this hotel for my two weeks ago stay with my family and it was an absolutely horrific experience. Before arriving in Istanbul multiple times I tried contacting the hotel about getting our rooms together, and they never even responded after multiple attempts. When we checked in the night of our hotel, the hotel was just rundown over the last two years. The hotel rooms were dirty. There was no toilet paper in our bedroom. There were no towels and when we asked, we were given one robe to dry the restaurant was under construction and the whole downstairs not available for use and none of this was disclosed in booking the hotel. We needed a shampoo and conditioner in our rooms and they delivered it half empty used from another room. The cleanliness was terrible. They was standing water in our shower that just puddle and murky. It’s as if the hotel was a ghost town and not regulated whatsoever. It appeared to be there were almost no other guests there as well with a very eerie feeling. I brought my 75 year-old mother here two years ago and had a great experience. So much that I rebooked and wanted to bring my family back.According to the staff, it’s under the same management, but I would not recommend on any condition staying at this property. It was extremely hot, stuffy it smelled moldy and had a very eerie feeling with nothing functioning or working. Pictures can be attached as well. HORRIBle
The facilities are sorely lacking. Not a single cafe or restaurant in the property. In this day and age a manual key to our room was provided Even so we asked for another key but was denied. The staff took ages to set up the tv and only managed to get YouTube channel. Daily cleaning of the room is not automatic.
Minutes walk away from Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, and Topkapi Palace. Easy area to find food and great for transportation. Not dusty which is great!
Very well situated, walking distance to all famous sites, excellent restaurants 1/2 block away. Quiet location with very helpful staff.
The location is great, just a few steps from Hagia Sophia. It’s easy to catch the tram, and there are many restaurants nearby, including Seven Hills.
Everything was good.
Would not recommend. Very un professional. Gave me someone elses room and then was harassing me while i was out saying they need the room and need to get in to move my things to another room. And then when i had the notice outside my door for it to be cleaned. All they did was take the old towels but didnt replace them or anything in the bathroom and didnt make the bed or actualy clean anything. Duvet n pillows were thrown into a corner of the room
As a former New York City Hotel concierge I had to RUN FROM this disgraceful hostel after my first night, even though I booked their "best" room for 3 nights. Where do I even begin?! This hotel is NOT SAFE! Hotel shares the same elevator with a rooftop restaurant which is managed by a third party. Only one elevator the hotel gives ALL access to all guest rooms and this restaurant. The room service is served uncovered in that same elevator! Unknown restaurant patrons made a prank to knock & pound our door late at night and ran away laughing. If not careful, anyone can enter your room! Egyptian guy who works for the restaurant followed me around the hotel, scaring me & was SO RUDE!! I eventually got into an argument with him in front of hotel staff. Management did NOTHING to help, claiming he does not work for the hotel - yet he has access to hotel lobby, elevator, guest spaces and rooms? Mgmt clearly does not care much about guest safety and experience. The front desk receptionist is also the house keeper, the maintenance guy, and the bellman. Our room was not cleaned at all at check-in & it STUNK and was burning hot! When we brought it up the hotel claims that we received "complimentary "cleaning. The hotel AC is master controlled and kept steady on either hot or cold. The thermostat in your room is a hoax: non-responsive. Throughout the night we were burning up, had to sleep naked & even opened the window, but so much loud blasting music outside. Hotel gave us NO REFUND!
The location was good
The restaurant was closed which was the biggest highlight in the pictures. The room wasnt ready till 5pm. There was a ticking sound outside the room constantly all night. It looked like the hotel just opened up
The hotel is very well located, with several restaurants nearby and a great walking route to the mosques.
However, overall, the hotel was not so good. We noticed that the elevator sensors do not work, which is a serious safety issue. Some of the staff do not speak English well, making it difficult to communicate when asking for recommendations or directions. Additionally, our safe box did not work at check-out, and the staff did not know how to reset or open it, causing us to almost miss our flight — an unacceptable situation.
If we return to Istanbul, we will definitely not stay here again.
Just the lcoation
The list is too long.. no dustbin, no tea sachet , no towels, no phone line for everything had to go to reception to inform them.. cups were stained, cockroaches in the room. No toileteries.. horrible customer service
Location is great, looks modern
We had to ask to clean the room, they didn’t do that till the evening. Had to ask for vanity kit and even toilet paper because it wasn’t in the room. Spent a lot of time at the reception paying for mini bar because there were no receptionist, only his friend who doesn’t speak English
Tv çalışmıyor. Kanallar çekmiyor.
Very close to hagia sofia, blue mosque, grand bazaar and others.
Plenty of eateries to enjoy from. One at the rooftop is overlooking the sea.
Room was great and clean.
Not trash can outside of bathroom.
The location is the only reason you would stay here. Walking distance from Topkapi and Aya Sophia.
It’s not a major issue but this place is not for those who are claustrophobic.
