Is a small hotel but very comfortable, I liked the amability of staff, location was good, just 15 minutes walking to get to the blue mosque
I thought the room would be bigger, we were 3 people and I felt the beds very close between them
And also a small bathroom
Rooftop was not open
The location is amazing, the stuff extremely friendly. Just an older building but it was perfectly clean.
The towels had small stains but after asking for new ones we got them immediately.
Hôtel tenu par une famille vraiment charmante et discrète : cela change des restaurants où nous étions poursuivies pour laisser une note positive sous les yeux du patron ! Le fils parle anglais, pas le père, mais il appelle son fils, qui répond immédiatement, et de toute façon Google traduction peut nous sauver en toute circonstance. On est à 15 minutes à pied de la mosquée bleue, un peu plus loin du palais Topkapi, mais les restaurants et boulangeries sont moins chers dans ce quartier ; aucun regret de ce point de vue. La chambre et la salle de bains étaient propres (pas tout à fait dans les standards français mais très supérieur à ce que nous avons pu observer sur Internet et autour de nous). Nous sommes venues en hiver et avons eu bien chaud. Excellent rapport qualité-prix ; je recommande vivement.
Deux points négatifs :
1/ La clim/chauffage faisait du bruit tout à coup pendant la nuit, mais nous aurions dû le signaler au gérant plus tôt et non à la fin de notre séjour. Il nous a dit qu'il nous aurait changé de chambre.
2/ La terrasse n'était pas propre du tout, mais nous y avons été hors saison, donc le nettoyage était peut-être prévu ultérieurement ? D'une façon générale, ne pas s'attendre à une vue de paysage exceptionnel ; Istanbul est une ville étonnante, à la fois moderne et tiers-mondiste. En dehors des artères principales, les rues, terrasses, escaliers sont souvent sales et défoncés. Donc les terrasses environnantes sont dans un état très délabré.

The location of the hotel is nice, but above all the family who owns it is very kind and will make you feel at home. Special thanks to the receptionist who answered so many questions of ours when we needed, that's the turkish hospitality we were looking for

The staff are super friendly and helpful, helped us with the luggage, recommended the local taxi hailing app to us and helped us with the early check out at 4ish am.

Very easy and simple check-in. The apartment is in a great location and everything was clean and tidy. The owner is friendly and very approachable. I had a very pleasant stay and would recommend it.

Es un hotel familiar y muy acogedor. Las habitaciones estaban limpias y el personal fue muy amable y muy atento en todo momento. En la zona hay muchas cafeterÃas, restaurantes y pequeños comercios. Sin duda un hotel muy recomendable.
El personal era muy amable y atendieron nuestras peticiones siempre con una sonrisa. Las camas eran muy cómodas. TenÃamos un hervidor eléctrico para hacer té y café lo cual fue muy útil. También cuenta con mini nevera en la habitación. Estaba todo limpio y ordenado.
En nuestro caso limpiaron la habitación durante nuestra estancia porque soy alérgica al polvo y se lo pedà expresamente (petición que atendieron con gusto), pero no parece que suelan hacerlo.
La ubicación no es la más céntrica, pero en 15/20 minutos estás en el centro. Es un barrio más bien pobre, pero lleno de locales de comida y tiendas mucho más baratas que las de la zona turÃstica lo cual es una ventaja.
