The fact that I booked a king bed suite and was given a 2 bed queen room was not OK. I had the manager call me the day before and say that she would work it out but would I be OK with a two bed queen. I said no my husband wants a King. That’s why I booked it two months ago so that we could have a king suite. We were staying there for a week. She said she would work it out. We got there after midnight from our plane arriving late. We were checked in and given the two bed Queen room. My husband went back down and told the gentleman at the front desk that is not the correct room. He said yeah I seen the note on the computer that you weren’t supposed to get it but that’s all we had. And I figured you’d probably check out tomorrow. Which we did. The manger said they just didn’t have any King bedrooms or suites. Why didn’t she tell me that ahead of time as I could’ve booked another hotel. My husband can’t fit in a queen bed comfortably. what’s the purpose of making reservations for the room you want and paying extra if you don’t actually get the room that you reserved ahead of time, isn’t that the point of reservations?

Dirty Room, Irregular Cleaning, No Answer at Front Desk, Very Noisy in Early Morning.

Room had no hand towels, no cooking utensils, just sheets, two body towels, and two wash rags and one roll of toilet paper.

Didn't like the pillows or bed. And it would be nice to have a coffee maker in the room

Noise in hallway most all night and early morning. Like parties going on.

We did not have a bath, but that is just because we were in a specific type of room.

We had a trainee do our check-in and it was a bit slow and key cards were not coded correctly initially. Otherwise, the staff was friendly.

The only issue we had was that some of the other guests were extremely loud when they are getting ready for work in the morning.

I didnt like coustomer service super unfriendly front desk guy when we checked in. No one was attending front desk when we had questions. Hated that review said breakfast and there no breakfast

There was NO coffee maker, NO blow dryer in the room. Has a kitchen with NO dishes, pots & pans, or utensils. NO "complimentary coffee in the lobby, either.

The price ended up being more than what booking.com quoted. There was no ice machine and it you wanted coffee, you had to pay for it. The beds were uncomfortable. They also are holding a $50 deposit for two days now when they said it would only be 24hrs. To make things worse they have charged my account and are still holding our the amount again as pending even though it's been paid. So now they're charging me twice for the room. I have never been so disappointed in a hotel.

Bed was very uncomfortable. Pillows were very wore. No heavy blanket. The clientele that was present wasn't very uninviting. Could use black out type of curtains cause of the bright lighting near by.
