Cons:

The bed was positioned such that when the room is occupied by a couple, the partner has to crawl over their partner to get into the bed or to exit it.Make the bed smaller, i.e. queen size with a perimeter around it so two people can enter or exit the bed easily.
The door on the bathroom is configured such that it opens only a small amount before it hits the toilet. That can't be right. Make the door swing out, not in. Problem solved.

Is very hightec

Cons:

they will not provide any electric items at the room
No Coffee and even drinking water we must go to the grand floor

Location was excellent. Just 5 mins walking from
Victoria station.
Nice, young vibe. Fresh hotel. Fabulous staff

Cons:

Room is very small. Bed placement makes it difficult to move around. No daily cleaning. Meagre amenities in room

Great Experience
Pros:

Perfect hotel if you like to care for yourself and don't want people fussing over you all the time. The staff were friendly and present when you wanted something, but not overbearing. The common space is attractive and fun. Rooms were comfortable and well-organized. Everything was sparkling clean. Stayed here a week and I can't say enough good about this place.

Jo puedo decir algo concreto porque en general es un sitio estupendo. La ubicación, la comodidad, el personal, nos han parecido excelentes. Lo tendremos muy pata la próxima vez. Muchas gracias a todo el hotel.

Even though the location was good we won’t be coming back due to the sparse room, it wasn’t very comfortable
Pros:

We liked the location and it was very clean

Cons:

We did not like that you had to control everything with an iPad, getting up in the middle of the night and not being able to turn on a light without using the iPad was very inconvenient and all the lights came on so you wake up your husband. There was no storage in the room to keep your clothes except a few hangers, no room in the bathroom to keep your toiletries
