Pros:

Love this place. So convenient and the staff can’t do enough.

Cons:

It’s about 3-4 years old now (I think) and it is starting to look a bit rough round the edges (bottoms of mirror fading/ scuffs here and there). Sadly with it being centralish there are A LOT of homeless around but that’s not the fault of hotel

Nice hotel in a great location with fantastic staff
Pros:

Great location near transport hub and within walking distance of several key attractions. Comfy beds and nice amenities. But mostly appreciated the fantastic staff, especially Sophia, Christian, and Dario! I had a weird booking issue (third party, not the hotel), and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

King bed was against the wall, so had to crawl over other person to get in and out.

Pros:

Hotel bem moderno, tem um tablet p controlar tudo sobre o quarto, super legal! Boa localização do hotel. Recepção bem confortável

Cons:

Quarto frio, mesmo ajustando no tablet a temperatura tem um vento que sai do teto e vai direto na cama que é impossível de desligar q mantém o quarto sempre frio

Pros:

Très bon Emplacement de l'hôtel, proche des activités comme big ben et Buckingham, la gare de Victoria et la station de métro sont à côté.
