Modernes Hotel in guter Lage mit kleinen Zimmer aber gemütlichen Betten
Pros:

Gute Lage, schöner Eingangs-/Aufenthaltsbereich der sich gut zum Arbeiten eignet, sehr gemütliche Betten, Tablet zur Steuerung aller Dinge im Zimmer ist ein cooles Gimmick, Ausblick von High Floor ebenso cool. Auch die Gepäckaufbewahrung bei Checkout hat sehr gut funktioniert und der Kaffee an der Bar war sehr gut.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind sehr klein (aber zum Schlafen ausreichend) und die Straße ist etwas "shady" zum Teil.

Letto comodo e camera molto luminosa.

Cons:

In 4 giorni di soggiorno, la camera non è mai stata pulita, ho reclamato al check out e ci è stato detto che la pulizia bisogna richiederla. Non siamo stati informati di questa procedura al check in.

Beautiful and clean hotel, great value for money.
Pros:

Its location is perfect, conveniently connected to public transport and the main tourist attractions. The hotel is beautifully designed, very clean and comfortable, and the staff is very nice and helpful.

Cons:

I wish there were slippers in the room and also a coffee machine.

Alles super! Wir würden das Hotel wieder buchen !
Pros:

Super Lage ! Fast alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut erreichbar! Die Entfernung zur Victoria Station mit Busstationen ist hervorragend! Die Betten sind super und die Duschen richtig gut !

Die Preise an der Bar sind zu hoch

Nice location, some downsides
Pros:

Very convenient to Victoria Station, and it’s a fun branded hotel with nice design and quirky feels. The rooms are not huge but worked perfectly for me and my daughter, and the price was along the cheapest we could find for the weekend.

Cons:

It’s a short walk to Victoria but unfortunately filled with many apparently homeless people, many of whom were up to various activities. We didn’t feel unsafe but it wasn’t the relaxed feeling of the end of an evening which you hope for. The rooms were very dusty, so much so that you could see particles in the air and over all surfaces including in the bathroom, provably a misinstalled air filter, and cleaning service only happens if you remember to ask for it the day before and remove your door hanger. We never managed to do both at once so we never got fresh towels or a garbage exchange even over 4 nights. I understand the policy and we didn’t manage it, but kind of weird they didn’t at least check in with us, and again just didn’t make for that nice hotel stay which you hope for. I did ask them to check in to the dust but they only wiped some surfaces and it was all back within minutes. We gave up after that.

Pros:

I am a regular guest in CitizenM Hotels, I like the global standards whichever city u go. This particular one as well very close the Victoria station/both train & metro & buses, good breakfast, nice lobby/friendly bar. Everything is well planned in a small room (safe, a huge drawer, shower, amazing lights & relaxing music and day/night curtains are so functional!
