Excelllent value hotel in the heart of london
Pros:

excellent staff and facilities. The rooms have everything you need for a comfortable night and the bed is so comfy

Cons:

Would have like reminded at check in that the room has no tea or coffee facilities or water and also no glasses to even have a glass of tap water so need to get something downstairs to take up.
In the morning £4 for a cup of tea seems exessive.

I will MOST DEFINITELY be back! My new favorite hotel in London :-)
Pros:

The first thing i noticed when checking in was how kind, helpful and accommodating the hotel manager Andrew was. Absolute gem of a human being. He went out of his way to help me with a non-hotel related issue, offered me a free drink merely out of kindness and empathy for my situation. After a long conversation it became very clear to me how passionate he is about his job and helping other people. Remarkable guy - give him a promotion!!!

Besides that, the hotel was affordable for such a great location, very modern, cozy, clean and youthful. Great drinks, great food, great personnel, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, state-of-the-art technology in the rooms....absolutely wonderful!

Cons:

Honestly, nothing.
