I’d stay here again and recommend
Pros:

Clean room. Quiet and dark when needed. Comfortable bed. Shower great pressure and temperature. Breakfast was the best buffet style we have ever had. Location perfect for buses and trains. Greggs round the corner.

Cons:

Missed having a kettle but not a big deal.

Όλα ήταν σούπερ. Βαθμολογώ το ξενοδοχείο με άριστα.
Pros:

Το δωμάτιο είναι ίσως το πιο ήσυχο δωμάτιο ξενοδοχείου που έχουμε ποτέ επισκεφτεί. Η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου είναι εξαιρετική. Γενικά είχαμε μία τέλεια διαμονή και σίγουρα θα επισκεφτούμε ξανά το ξενοδοχείο όταν βρεθούμε στο Λονδίνο. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ.

Pros:

We had a great stay at citizenM London Victoria Station. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free, which I really appreciated.

The location is excellent-some major sights are within walking distance, and for anything further, there are very good connections via the metro and bus nearby.

Overall, a convenient and pleasant place to stay in London. Highly recommended 👌

Pros:

Ich habe mich als alleinreisende Frau hier wirklich sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt. Das Zimmer ist zwar eher klein, aber genau das finde ich beim Alleinreisen angenehm. Besonders positiv fand ich auch, dass Duschgel, Shampoo und Conditioner zur Verfügung gestellt wurden und das Zimmer insgesamt sehr sauber war. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Lage ist ein großer Pluspunkt: In der Nähe der Victoria Station (2 Minuten zu Fuß) gelegen, ist das Hotel super erreichbar und ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um London zu erkunden. Auch zwei Musicals (Wicked und Hamilton) sind ganz in der Nähe, und generell kommt man von hier aus schnell überall hin.

Ein kleiner Hinweis: In der Umgebung sind teilweise einige Obdachlose unterwegs. Das ist vermutlich in einer Großstadt wie London nicht ungewöhnlich, aber ich wollte es dennoch erwähnen.

Insgesamt hatte ich einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und würde das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Leider si d die Zimmer doch sehr kühl, man kann zwar die Temperatur anpassen, passieren tut leider nicht viel, es blieb weiterhin eher kühl.

Es ist ruhig lärm hört man nicht viel zimmer scheinen auch gut gedämmt
