Lovely hotel but very expensive. Staff very helpful and we used the free bikes heaps! Breakfast a bit limited but very nice
Serene and beautiful place to stay in Carmel-by-the-Sea, where you can wake up to the sound of crashing waves. Our room was spacious for 2, with great amenities (comfortable bed, updated bathroom with bidet/Le Labo amenities/soaking tub, yummy snacks and in room espresso/coffee machine, and small private outdoor sitting area). The property itself is beautiful and a great place to relax, with a stunning lobby/bar and multiple secluded fire pits to enjoy. The included breakfast (which you can enjoy from your room in bed, if desired!), was all sourced locally and very delicious. However, the best part of the property is definitely the service -- everyone working there was friendly, helpful, and knew all the guests by name -- they truly went above and beyond to make our stay a special one. Would love to stay again next time when in Carmel!

What a wonderful stay and attention to service and detail. From arrival to departure, we felt completely attended to for any need we had or could have. A wonderful breakfast is included each morning, recommendations to local restaurants, the beach is one block from the stay, multiple sitting areas with fire pits located around the property. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

Wow, this was a great find! A well upkept, clean, and designed B & B steps from the beach and far away from the crowds to find some nice peace. This was about 8 blocks from the main area of Carmel and we enjoyed being closer to the beach this time. Also the breakfast is a good mixture and the juice options are incredible. We met other couples and travelers and just had a blast sharing breakfast and swapping stories. Also the staff was the most friendly and enjoyable I've been around when traveling. Great B & B, and will definitely stay here again in the future.

Lovely small boutique hotel. Staff was really friendly, and service felt very customized. Beds are super comfortable. Fabulous decor and finishes in the hotel. Included breakfast was delicious. Hear and see the Carmel Beach ocean waves from your room. Morning walk along the scenic coast/Sunset is spectacular!! If anyone can figure out the custom paint color on their doors, I want it! Fresh cookies instead of chocolates in the room at turn down were a fun touch!
