Resort k hề có bellman hỗ trợ hành lí cho khách
Villa không có bàn ủi, k có điện thoại bàn để gọi lễ tân, khách phải tự gọi hotline trên app
Dọn chưa sạch vẫn còn xót tóc khách cũ
Buffet sáng le que vài món
Nhân viên resort phục vụ khá chán, k chuyên nghiệp bằng các resort mình đã đi

Relaxing is the way
Pros:

Very affordable and the villas were very comfortable. The in house food were awesome (the breakfast buffet as well) and affordable. They catered for families well

Cons:

There were no essentials in the villa like plates, cutleries etc. Also, having to pay for wine glass to have in the villa was not appealing (they sell wine at the front shops) Also as a suggestion, maybe have bicycles in the resort to keep things more fun

Pros:

Do an ko nhiều món nhưng rất ngon. Bãi biển & tiện nghi sạch sẽ.
Khu gym/ kid club rất thích và thoải mái.

Вилла опрятная, хорошая

Cons:

Бассейн при вилле маленький и холодный, на территории 1 общий бассейн, холодный, вода мутная. Шезлонгов не хватает: возле общего бассейна где то 44 шт на 241 виллу, на пляже вроде 10 шт, пляж в мусоре, постоянные ветра создают волны, при этом постоянно красный флаг и купаться запрещают в море, справа от отеля заброшенный отель и там просто свалка на пляже. Ресторан Аля карт в отеле 1 и этого очень мало, когда много гостей (даже не полная посадка), персонал не справляется, очень долгое ожидание, они стараются, но сервис не особо (напитки могут вечность выносить, иногда не понимают, что ты просишь, но при этом кивают и говорят окей)

Beautiful beach front villa with extra fees for everything
Pros:

Villas were clean, spacious and private. Private plunge pool was convenient. Mr Kim, driving the golf buggy, pick up and drop off, baggage handling was always smiling and accommodating. Our family was very impressed. Greatly enjoyed special Christmas buffet at Cam Ranh Resort.

Cons:

Promoted as villa with kitchen facilities but did not provide any plates, cutlery or kitchen equipment for usage. Not even a kitchen sink cloth to wipe spills. Had to call front desk and get charged extra for provisions. Only given 1 250ml bottle of water a day per person. Hotel charges extra for extra water bottles.

Great relaxing stay with the family in Cam Ranh
Pros:

First of all, I can stress enough how kind and close-tending the staffs are here. Including our late night check-in to alittle bit of a late check out , the staffs were great Especially Nhat Quang gave us so much attention we were able to get extra water and gave us the last minute late check out opportunity.
Also there was another staff named Minh Dang who was really tentative for any of our late night needs.

I’d actually love to come back here. Including the atmosphere and kindness from all the staffs, my stay with my family was really great.

Pros:

Провели в отеле две ночи после прилета в Камрань. Отличные кровати, чтобы выспаться и хорошо отдохнуть после длинного перелёта. Наличие стиральной машинки тоже было плюсом. Что касается посуды, стирального порошка и прочего- всё быстро доставляют по запросу. В целом неплохие виллы. И сам отель приятный. Шведский стол хороший. Блюда по меню выше всех похвал. Стейк идеальный!

Cons:

Были мелкие недочёты, которые очень оперативно и очень приятно решались девушкой с ресепшен Хани. Большое ей спасибо! Хотелось бы посоветовать управляющим обращать больше внимания на чистоту. Пятна на коврах, ржавчина на полу террасы и т д, считаю недопустимым в отеле с таким именем. И непонятно, почему нельзя на крыше у бассейна установить навесы у шезлонгов.

A luxurious and private villa stay with excellent servive at Wyndham Garden Resort
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Wyndham Garden Resort. The 3-bedroom villa was spacious, beautifully designed, and well-equipped with many in-room amenities. Having a private swimming pool added great comfort, and the overall atmosphere was very private and relaxing, making it ideal for families.
The restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes, with flavors well suited to Asian tastes, which we truly enjoyed.
A special thank you to Ms. Tram Dao, who was very professional, attentive, and enthusiastic in taking care of us. The front office team was extremely friendly and welcoming. We would also like to sincerely thank Mr. Manh and Mr. Tan for their dedicated support and kind assistance throughout our stay.
We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely return when we have the opportunity.
