Saltwater Suites

So far so good. Made the reservation at 4 o’clock had all of the emails and text messages by 4:30 arrived at 5:30 property is as advertised and I think I’m staying tomorrow night also perfect little spot washer and dryer fully stock kitchen two queen beds and you can hear the ocean

We were in town for the RHOTI bike ride for breast cancer and stayed October 3-5. Great location, facilities were clean, room was clean and spacious. A great stay.

Clean room. Staff nice. Definitely not a hotel.... they only provide 2 rolls of TP, 1 roll of PT, 1 dishwasher soap packet, etc no matter how long your stay! Also, they do not allow you to leave any seasonings or condiments! Sparsely furnished kitchenware and if you use the stove, you set off the smoke detector (you can't turn it off, staff had to come out)

The room was spacious and well lit with plenty of outlets for electronic items. I did not like the shower, all open and no curtain and there was nothing in the bathroom to lay personal items on. A kitchen hand towel would have been nice also.

The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable, would have been better if an earlier check in was possible

Beautiful property. You can see the ocean from the window and walk to the beach in a flash. It is convenient to most places on the island. Great walk/bike culture. Quiet, the people were nice. Dog friendly- there were almost too many dogs area.

The room was nice, but we had to clean the Floor- it was filthy. We paid for an additional parking pass and housekeeping was supposed to bring it, but we never saw housekeeping until checkout. They never came to service the room and we stayed from Friday to Monday.

The property manager may want to check out the shower. When the shower head is positioned center winter pours onto the floor. I am sure there will be serious water damage to the floor and ceiling. Be prepared to step up into the shower. I am
5’2”.5 and I almost needed a foot stool to get in the shower.

Lastly, if you are on a floor with upstairs neighbors, know that the laminate floors are going to let you know the instant little feet litter patter and play. We had a little one ourselves and tried to make sure the downstairs neighbors were not catching it.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay immensely.

Super close to beach access. Room was very nice and super clean. Loved that it had a full kitchen and sitting area. Only thing was the room was next to stairwell so could hear everyone going up and down. Property had parking and elevator. Would stay again.

😀the property mgmt provided a great trip. communication and instructions were point by point understandable. lol. the suite itself was almost spotless. sharply made beds, shiny and functioning kitchen area (stocked with all the essentials), and clean bathroom with linens. There was a lot more than i realized as far as what was provided. for the technically "smart" challenged, they provided step by step instructions on how to use everything.
side note: you could hear the people stomping around upstairs but that wasn't the fault of property mgmt.

Great location, clean and comfortable. Only negative was being on the 1st level , the guests directly above us sounded like they were galloping across the floor.

We had an awesome family vacation here and wil definitely be back next year! Great location and amenities.
My only complaint is the 4pm checkin. That's a little late, especially with little kids.

Beach showers on property where a nice touch. Roof top seating would be nice, for coffee sipping beach viewers. Nice and easy, quiet location. Perfect getaway. Will return soon.

Great stay for our family beach vacation. Our suite was roomy for the five of us. Easy beach access. Washer and dryer unit was amazing. Kitchen appliances very nice. Beds were comfortable except the pull out (but pull outs are never comfy). Enjoyed the ping pong table. There was even cornhole and connect four. Pool access nearby but we didnt feel the need to use. Close enough to food and fun but far enough to be quiet. Safe and convenient. Would definitely stay again and recommend

Great vacation spot for me and my family of 5. We had a fantastic time. Rooms were clean, easy walk to the beach.

Beautiful property, very clean!

Only issue I had was there management wanted to charge an extra $35 for a extra parking pass for one night. Seemed a little ridiculous. Other car parked down the road for $5 and walked.
