Pros:

What a wonderful place to stay!! The dome was very cool and cosy. Staff very friendly and breakfast was very good and hygiene. Great location.

Cons:

The air con cant stay on unless the card is in and you only get 1 card so it gets quite hot when you have been out. The air con isnt very cold, but this did not affect the stay massively.

Pros:

The room and the facilities were great, unfortunately we couldn’t use the pool because of the weather. There were two restaurant staff, one young men and lady, unfortunately I didn’t get their names. But they were closing the restaurant on 23rd Feb. night. They paid attention to details and were available to assist at all times. They made it a priority to ensure that our room had no dishes outside.They showed excellent customer service.

Tout est fait pour que vous passiez un excellent sejour.
Pros:

Tout. Le personnel, la piscine, la chambre, le jardin.

Cons:

Les moustiques le soir vers la piscine. Le fait que certains murs exterieurs etaient en beton et pas peints. Mais ce sont de tous petits details.

A great and happy base to explore Sigiriya
Pros:

The staff were fantastically welcoming and kind and helped organise trips locally with Tuk Tuk etc. They even organised a birthday cake at breakfast for me! The rooms were really comfortable we had one near the pool which was fantastic. The pool itself was great. The reception, Restaurant and new area was still partly a building site so really it is a “work in progress”. But we were really happy with our room and the pool and the time we spent there.

Cons:

There were still Christmas decorations up at the end of Feb and the restaurant area was poorly decorated. Think some simple interior design would go down well!

Posto basico ma bello. Da migliorare ancora.
Pros:

Resort piccolo, semplice, in mezzo alla natura. Piscina comoda. Stanze grandi. Colazione buona. Personale gentilissimo.

Cons:

Manutenzione camere un po scarsa: finestre e tende da sistemare. Pulizia del bagno da migliorare. WI-Fi debole e scostante a pochi metro dalla recepsion.

O mais importante a referir é que este hotel não é de 5 estrelas… diria que mais apropriado seriam 4 estrelas.

A qualidade da infra estrutura é razoável e não apropriada para um hotel de 5 estrelas. Para além disso estavam a decorrer obras de melhoramento das mesmas o que é positivo para melhoras as condições mas havia ruído de obras
