Mula Hotel was worth every single penny. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and clean and it was well located. I will definitely be returning

Cons:

We had a couple of small issues - namely, toilet paper not being restocked and the issue not dealt with initially in a timely manner, dirty dishes not being removed from the room despite the rest of it being cleaned and lastly, decorations that we had paid for as part of the "Special Celebration" package being removed less than 24 hours after check in. However, the manager of the hotel was extremely apologetic about these issues and went above and beyond to resolve them so they didn't impact our stay and it hasn't impacted my overall rating of the hotel

Hotel Mula is a beautiful boutique hotel in Istanbul’s Old City, perfectly situated on a quiet corner with lovely views of the Sea of Marmara. The location couldn’t have been better—peaceful, yet just steps from the major historic sights.
What truly made our stay special was the outstanding hospitality. Every member of the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. They were always available via WhatsApp, making everything from questions to recommendations quick and effortless.
The breakfast was excellent, with a wonderful selection each morning. We stayed for four nights and genuinely enjoyed every moment. Even though the hotel is in the heart of the Old City, getting to other neighborhoods we wanted to explore was quick and convenient by Uber.
We absolutely loved our stay and would happily choose Hotel Mula again on our next trip to Istanbul. Highly recommended!
