The bedsheets was not in good condition. There is not comfortable chair to sit. Window handle was broken and could not closed properly. The street is too loud. You can also hear people walking around corridor until late hours and all the voice disturbs you during the sleep. Even when someone flash the toilet in upper floors you can here it in your wc ( in your room too)
Near to the metro station and cooperative staff. Especially Mr. Kaya who was always ready to help and assist.
Its location is very near public transport and shops and restaurants. The staff were so sweet especially Kaya the receptionist who went out of his way. All staff including cleaner she was so sweet
At first we were given a very small room fpr 3. Then they changed it for us to a much bigger room

Room Service is not daily , room facilities as AC is poor , Reception Guy is not cooperative
AC was located optimally, cooling down the room, but not blowing on the bed.
Dont get misled by the rating on booking. I've never seen such a dirty place. Concrete dust or whatever it was - everywhere. I checked in after midnight and had no energy to complain. And the staff doesn't speak English anyway. Just ran away in the morning to forget it like a bad dream.
- Very kind and helpful staff
- Great location (walk distance to metro Bulgurlu which is 4/5 stops to Üsküdar and boats or Marmaray for European side) lots of shops and restaurants)
- Simple but very nice breakfast. We definitely preferred simple breakfasts to very varied breakfasts where there is lots of wasted food
- Very nice bathroom and showers
- Small room and no chairs & table in the room which was not very convenient for 3 people including 2 children. They may have given us the smallest room as children were young
- TV in the room was not working at all. It was just for decoration it seems 🙂
- Air conditioning was working very well but its remote control was not working (i had to find manual ways to reduce its power during the nights, like putting a towel 🙂)
- the power strip available in the room was very old and one of the 3 outlets did not seem safe, we just used it on the 1st day and then avoided using it in the next days. An effort can be done there to replace it. It is not safe not only for clients but also for the staff and the building itself
We have ignored all of this and enjoy our stay
