Pros:

My room has a view of the pool, there was 3 lifts to this huge hotel, but 2 was awaiting maintenance and was turning off. The view from the breakfast restaurant was all that this over priced hotel was worth paying for.

The location was perfect, close to the shopping area and Restaurants. The beach was literally in front of the hotel, you need just to cross the road and are arrived.
The hotel is a nice building, our twin room was very big.
However, unfortunately, none speaks English or understand it. It has been so difficult even to ask simple questions or ordering a Cappuccino.
The bath towels were always stained and the drain in the shower wasnt working properly, so during and at the end of a shower most of the water was still on the shower floor.
I truly suggest to improve those things because the hotel has a lot of potential.

Pros:

Grande hotel di fronte alla spiaggia principale di kuta. Purtroppo è mal tenuto e la pulizia dei locali e della biancheria è indecente, almeno per gli standard europei. Lenzuola e biancheria sporche e macchiate. Abbiamo passato due ore la prima sera a selezionare cose pulite dalla lavanderia insieme ai membri dello staff e solo alla fine abbiamo trovato un lenzuolo più o meno nuovo, mentre per le federe non è stato possibile e abbiamo dovuto coprire i cuscini con degli asciugamani.
Peccato perché la posizione è ottima sia per la spiaggia che per il centro e basterebbe poco per renderlo un buon hotel. Da dire che lo staff, anche se non parla bene inglese, si è dato da fare per cercare di risolvere la situazione e il manager dell’hotel è stato molto gentile e disponibile.

Do NOT stay at this hotel. Avoid at ALL costs.
It is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at iny life. Seriously question and want to dispute their 4 star rating which I feel like they just gave themselves. It is 2 stars at best.
The whole hotel smells like sewage, and if you are on the first floor, south of the property, be careful because there will be mold all over the bathroom and smell of mold on top of the sewage smell.
Shower floor is so brown it seems like it has never been cleaned. The floor is dusty. I couldn't take off my sandals during the entire stay. The sheets have blood stains, and towels are brown and smells bad.
I thought the only positive was the swimming pool, but there is absolutely no shade in the pool for most of the day, so you will end up getting a heat stroke and the water gets so warm it feels like a bath.
I cannot comprehend how this hotel can operate in this state. I won't be surprised if someone got seriously sick just from staying here.

Pros:

On the surface, it is a beautiful looking hotel, but the fit & finish lets it down.

Great location on the beachfront and not far to walk to the supermarket & other shops.
