Beautiful hotel in rice fields
Pros:

Beautiful location on the rice fields! The staff is so kind and friendly and helpful. Very nice for a getaway

Cons:

The bathrooms for our villa were outside which was sometimes hot with the weather

Cons:

Un très grand merci à Hani qui nous a enseigné les traditions, la confection des offrandes. Un pur moment de bonheur et de partage avec elle.

Pros:

Le calme et le personnel à l’écoute. Les moments passés avec Hani qui nous a partagé ses traditions avec beaucoup de joie et de passion merci à elle. Le spa allez-y les yeux fermé quel moment de bonheur !

Serene, green sanctuary immersed in Balinese culture
Pros:

Beautiful location away from the busy center of Ubud and nestled in the rice paddies. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with lovely views. The spa is also great

Kaunis, luonnonkeskellä oleva paikka, jossa oli erinomaisen palvelualtis henkilökunta.
Pros:

Henkilökunta oli todella ystävällistä ja palvelualttiita.

Cons:

Meille oli vähän outoa, että huoneistossa oli sammakoita, etanoita, liskoja ym. Mutta toki se oli miljöön vuoksi ymmärrettävää.

Pros:

Totul a fost impecabil, incepand de la echipe, pana la locatie. Nu ai acces cu masina, insa hotelul pune la dispozitie un buggy 24/7 care te preia de la locul unde te poate lasa masina. Cu scuterul ajungi pana la hotel lejer. Receptia 24/7. Micul dejun bun si variat, nu este tip bufet, cu a la carte. Este a doua oara cand revin la ei si tot m-as mai intoarce.

We enjoyed the room, environment, friendly staff. It was a lovely exsperience.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent & plenty. Staff attentive, fast service with a big smile.

Cons:

As it’s not handicap friendly it could be mention in the advertisement. It made it unneccesare hard for me.

The best place to stay in Sayan
Pros:

Loved the staff, beautiful setting in Sayan amongst rice fields, the view, the walkable paths and the fact that pets are allowed. It's our 3rd time coming, so we definitely love the place! It's also just 10 min by motorbike to the City but feels like quiet green beautiful "Ubud". The garden is so well curated, so are the rooms! All very spacious.

Cons:

It was all perfect, if I had to give 2 tips to make it even better:
=> Breakfast: use real good quality butter croissants for breakfast and better bread like Sourdough or from a bakery (I'd rather have less in the basket but better quality, or even no free basket but a good quality croissant or pain au chocolate) not the margarine ones or toasts, it would really elevate the experience ten folds. Same for juices, only having squeezed fresh ones (not from the bottle from concentrate), not using chocolate sauce from a tube, etc. I'd rather have a bit less and less choices but better quality ingredients, it would really feel more luxurious and it's I think not a big adjustment to make on your side. People who come to Ubud are in general very health conscious, eat organic, etc. so it would be even more aligned with the quality of your hotel (and we'd come even more often!)

=> last thing, we stayed in the 3 beds villa on the road, there was a rooster early in the morning very very near at 5am for 2h the 1st night :-)
