Cleanliness and staff
No or poor wifi.
Hot water issue
I stayed in the hotel for one night with my family.Hotel was clean and easy accessible. Staffs were helping but rushing with festive programs. Food was delicious and lake view was panoramic.kids enjoyed the swimming pool . It’s a good option to train the staffs to manage the busy situation .
Food service so delayed
Swimming Pool was under maintenance. This was not updated in the site. They compensated this short fall by providing us with Complimentary Breakfast.
Outdoor area is the only good thing ant this property.
Worn down property in desperate need of renovation. Rooms are old and dirty. Not a penny worth the price we paid for it. We spoke to a French couple staying there and they also said it was a very bad experience for them as well. The staff was not ready to understand their needs either. While we were leaving, the pool became so dirty - water turned brown in color and the manager was running around to find a soluution. There was also garbage being burnt right beside the property.

Customer service was Good.
The Check in and Check out time should be little flexible. As we bothe are working professionals we have checked in on 2300 but they said to Check out at 11 Am. We were able to Spend 12 hours only for 2,900 rupees.
