La ubicación es excelente, el entorno muy bonito, cerca del parque y a pocaos minutos caminando del centro, el personal muy amable, la habitacion muy linda.
El desayuno es en un patio exterior y hacia mucho frío, nos ofrecieron cobija pero la comida se enfría muy rapido
It was clean
Miscommunication among staff, especially to book a dinner reservation and I went fur día de los muertos and the make up information changed . Not all the staff members are on the same page, services were overpriced.

Lovely property and wonderful staff.
Perfect trip and hotel. Staff were friendly and useful. The food was great. The location was perfect, in a quieter part of town and still walking distance to Downtown. Bed and pillows were good. My only recommendation is to change the conditioner in the showers, it doesn’t condition at all.

The staff is absolutely wonderful—special thanks to Ximena, Baldemar and Tadeo for taking such great care of us. We loved the convenience of being within walking distance to everything. They gave us excellent restaurant recommendations and even helped us set up tours and winery visits. And of course, we can’t forget Pancho The Dog, the true star of the hotel, who always welcomed us with the best behavior like a true hotel owner.

El restaurante de la terraza no me gustó nada . La vista muy bonita pero la comida mala y muy caro .
Quizá no elegimos los platos correctos y otros estaban bien . Pagamos caro y comimos mal .
Cuidan mucho el medio ambiente y las habitaciones son muy espaciosas
