On s'y sent comme à la maison, on recommande !
Pros:

Chambre spacieuse avec cuisine et frigo. Quartier calme. Jardin avec grande piscine. Le proprietaire Sebastien est toujours de bons conseils, toujours disponible et tres sympathique.

Sebastian war ein sehr netter Gastgeber. Konnten immer fragen, wenn wir was wissen wollten. Die Lage war außergewöhnlich ruhig und Garten und Pool sehr erholsam.

Prostorný vybavený apartmán, v dobré lokalitě. Parkování, bazén super

Velice pěkný, prostorný a plně vybavený apartmán. Majitel příjemný, ve všem nápomocný. Výborná lokalita, kousek do centra, na pláž do restaurací.

Pros:

Host - Sebastien was an excellent host. He was always available. Very friendly. Provided recommendations on where to eat and places to go. He brought us the best bakery croissants and fresh juice our first morning. Place was well stocked with all the amenities we needed (Thank you for having coffee). We enjoyed our stay and would stay at Claro de Luna if we find ourselves back in Mexico.

Cons:

Having nothing negative to say. Place was great.

Estancia en Playa del Carmen
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, se puede ir caminando hasta la 5 Avenida y en las cercanias hay muy buenos sitios de comidas a precios buenos. Nuestro anfitrión Sebastián, tuvo un hermoso detalle con el cumpleaños de mi hija, fue súper bonito. Gracias.

Cons:

El colchón de mas camas son muy blandos.

Beautiful old house converted to suites
Pros:

The swimming pool looked great although we didn't get a chance to enjoy it on our busy schedule.

Cons:

This is a very beautiful older house so although it was clean it had some small issues with age like some lights didn't work but the important ones did.

Quiet Quiet and spacious apartment for undemanding travelers

In a quiet neighborhood with a local atmosphere, with convenient parking. Still within walking distance to the beach and the center. Large apartment, possibility to refresh yourself in the pool. very good value for money.

The house would need “a female hand” and some update.

La ubicación, cerca de las calles principales.
El precio fue muy barato para lo grande que es el lugar y tener parqueo, que es escaso en playa del Carmen.
El trato del anfitrión siempre preguntando si necesitábamos algo.

Que se nota deteriorado por el tiempo y el poco mantenimiento que le dan al lugar.

Obviamente regresariamos
Pros:

desde que llegamos tuvimos momentos muy agradables, la actitud de Sebastián y la bienvenida que nos dió, la cama es muy cómoda

Cons:

hay algunos detalles en la habitación que no son molestos en su totalidad como una gotera en el área de la cocina, el espejo roto del baño, el lavabo igual estaba quebrado y tarda mucho en salir agua caliente

Camera grande e spaziosa, letto comodo, possibilità di mettere auto nel parcheggio interno, cortesia e gentilezza del ragazzo che ci ha accolto 😁 ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

A circa 15/20 min a piedi dal centro ma per noi non é stato un problema 😀

L’hôte était très sympa, il parle français, il nous a bien indiqué les choses à faire ici à Playa. Merci 😊
L’appartement est correct, le lit est très grand c’est très agréable ! Il y a le wifi, et la piscine est sympa

Cons:

Peut être une bouteille d’eau et un gel douche/ shampoing aurait été un plus pour une encore meilleure expérience !
On a eu des fourmis un peu partout,
l’aboiement des chiens et le coq (mais malheureusement l’hôte n’y pouvait rien je ne le blâme pas ce n’est pas de son ressort)
