Pros:

Grandes chambres spacieuses. Piscine lhote de la maison a lecoute et present en cas de problemes. Bien situe endroit calme

100% recommend - would (and probably will) stay again!
Pros:

Sebastien was a great host who provided helpful tips about the area and let me stay past checkout time because I had a late afternoon flight. The property was very clean. I also liked the pool which is great for if you want to cool down in the afternoon.

Cons:

Nothing! However, the property is located in a residential area about a 30 min walk or 10 min taxi ride from 5th Avenue. I personally really liked being in a quieter area but if proximity to the 5th is something you particularly care about then you may want to take that into account.

Ich würde wieder diese Hotel wählen.
Pros:

Der Gastgeber Sebastion war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Appartement für drei Personen war sehr gross und wir hatten eine Terasse.
Das Hotel liegt ein wenig ausserhalb, aber dafür ist es ruhig dort.
Der Pool war super.

L'abitazione si trova a 10 minuti dalla via centrale di playa del Carmen ....vicino si può trovare di tutto ...negozi alimentari ..ristoranti...lavanderia....il proprietario è molto disponibile e potete chiedere qualunque informazione

Se vogliamo trovare una nota negativa è solo che non ha il parcheggio interno ...ma l'auto si può lasciare tranquillamente davanti all'abitazione perché è un posto tranquillo

Przyjemna willa z basenem w cichym i bezpiecznym miejscu, jednak nieco dalej od wybrzeża

Fajna willa, ok 25 min spacerem do wybrzeża. Przyjemny basen na miejscu, bardzo pomocny właściciel. Spore zamknięte podwórze z zielenią, leżaki nad basenem. Pokój miał wszystko czego potrzebowałem. Dobre wifi, sejf, klimatyzacja, moskitiery w oknach, wygodne łóżko. Okolica bardzo bezpieczna, raczej zamieszkana przez lokalsów, więc można poobserwować nieturystyczne oblicze Meksyku.

Cons:

Lokalizacja nie jest najlepsza. Przy rezerwacji sugerowałem się mapą Booking.com. Ta mapa jest przekłamana i nie jest to wina właściciela obiektu. Ale mapa booking.com sugerowała, że obiekt jest blisko morza. Nie był to dla mnie duży problem. Po prostu jeździłem taksówkami. Warto ściągnąć aplikację inDrive - dużo tańsze przejazdy - około 4-5 USD za przejazd. Polecił mi ją właściciel obiektu, za co bardzo mu dziękuję :). Apka działa także w Tulum.

On s'y sent comme à la maison, on recommande !
Pros:

Chambre spacieuse avec cuisine et frigo. Quartier calme. Jardin avec grande piscine. Le proprietaire Sebastien est toujours de bons conseils, toujours disponible et tres sympathique.

Excellent place to stay. Thank you, Sebastien.
Pros:

Host - Sebastien was an excellent host. He was always available. Very friendly. Provided recommendations on where to eat and places to go. He brought us the best bakery croissants and fresh juice our first morning. Place was well stocked with all the amenities we needed (Thank you for having coffee). We enjoyed our stay and would stay at Claro de Luna if we find ourselves back in Mexico.

Cons:

Having nothing negative to say. Place was great.

Estancia en Playa del Carmen
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, se puede ir caminando hasta la 5 Avenida y en las cercanias hay muy buenos sitios de comidas a precios buenos. Nuestro anfitrión Sebastián, tuvo un hermoso detalle con el cumpleaños de mi hija, fue súper bonito. Gracias.

Cons:

El colchón de mas camas son muy blandos.

Beautiful old house converted to suites
Pros:

The swimming pool looked great although we didn't get a chance to enjoy it on our busy schedule.

Cons:

This is a very beautiful older house so although it was clean it had some small issues with age like some lights didn't work but the important ones did.

Quiet Quiet and spacious apartment for undemanding travelers

In a quiet neighborhood with a local atmosphere, with convenient parking. Still within walking distance to the beach and the center. Large apartment, possibility to refresh yourself in the pool. very good value for money.

The house would need “a female hand” and some update.

La ubicación, cerca de las calles principales.
El precio fue muy barato para lo grande que es el lugar y tener parqueo, que es escaso en playa del Carmen.
El trato del anfitrión siempre preguntando si necesitábamos algo.

Cons:

Que se nota deteriorado por el tiempo y el poco mantenimiento que le dan al lugar.
