Pros:

Maalesef çok kötü bir deneyimdi. Fiyst uygun gibi geliyor bu yüzden fiyatına göre sadece yatak ve temiz çarşaf beklentim vardı ama maalesef odanın hiçbiryeri kesinlikle hiç temizlenmemiş havlular nemliydi kullanılmış gibiydi. Çarşaf takımı değiştirilmemiş ve resmen kıl yumağı içerisindeydi. Eşimle 2 gece kaldık ama resmen bitsede gitsek diye saat saydık tatilimizde konaklama açısından otele 0 puan verebilirim. Resepsiyonist personel kibar ve ilgili temiz olmamasını ilettik temizlik yaptırmaya çalışılmış fakat 0 puandan 1 puana çıkacak kadar temizlik bu yüzen alınan hizmet maalesef ortada. En üst kat ve çatıdan bozma oda olması sebebiyle kuşların tepenizde gezmelerinde sabah saat 8 de garanti uyanırsınız. Güneşlik olmaması ve camların bütün sesleri içeriye almasıda cabası. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.

Çalışanlar çok kibar, saygılı ve yardım sever. Hepsine teşekkür ederiz. Otel temiz ve güzel, konumu çok iyi. Butik bir otelden ne bekleniyorsa hepsini karşılıyor. Tam bir fiyat performans oteli. İleride de.tercih edeceğiz

Evimiz Gibiydi
Pros:

Burası işletmeden çok huzur molası verdiğimiz evimiz gibi oldu. Samimi, içten ve güleryüzlü çalışanlarıyla Alaçatı'da hep uğrak noktam olacağı kesinleşti :) bulunduğu bölge ise kalabalıktan 50 metre ilerde ve bir anda kuş seslerini duymaya başlıyorsunuz. Tam bizim kafamızda bir konaklama oldu. Rahat uyuyabileceğiniz misafirlerinin bile sessiz, sakin ve anlayışlı olduğunu farkedeceksiniz. Evimizin bahçesinde zaman geçiriyormuşuz gibiydi. Her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz.
