Very good stay with smiley good staff. Even the Chef would speak to us explaining the Vegan food.
Pros:

From our arrival till the day we drove home, the staff helped us every way possible. This is a Wellness hotel. The management is flawless. Each appointment was perfectly timed.

Be warned: this is a hospital, not a hotel.
Pros:

The staff is exceptionally friendly.
The panorama from the room to the mountains is also breathtaking.
The room size is bigger than the average, plus the balcony is also very confy.

Cons:

The restaurant (therefore the breakfast too) is strictly vegan and gluten-free - for some people it might be a fantasctic advantage, but for average people it's very painful.
No swimming pool, no sauna, no gym.
The place is announced as a 4 star hotel - well I have very different imagination what a 4 star hotel would look like. For me this place is a hospital, which tries to sell out the rooms which are not occupied by patients at the specified time. Some of the patients in the "hotel" has terminal illnesses - which is normal part of life, but if you are arriving to holiday with your family you might find it quite embarrasing.
Furthermore our room has the odor if some very old people have been lived bound to the bed for months there, who had urinary retention problems.
The walls are thin like paper, you can hear everyting from neighbouring rooms.
