Cons:

I would opt for a bigger room next time. Also putting people with kids on high floors sucked because I had to deal with a lot of running and jumping from above.

Pros:

I did not like nothing about this hotel when I arrived. But I was extremely tired after traveling over 4 hours that morning. Going straight to IESA Wrestling state tournament. Was trying to get boys to bed for the next day as we had to return to tournament early next morning. Customer service desk lady did not want to accept help to find my reservations with booking.com assistance.

Cons:

Everything I will never visit this location again. Not to mention on Saturday at 3:36 am hotel tried running my card thank goodness I used cashapp card. I usually do that and once I check in I provide my debit card. Hotel was for $267 they tried to run card for $416.

Room was clean, beds and pillows were comfortable.

Cons:

Staff was ok. They were busy on the screen. Didn't bother to say hi or welcome, just stared at the screen and made us wait. We came in from the blasting cold near midnight, they could at least say "welcome, please have a seat while we figure out x." Instead, no eye contact.

Good stay could be cleaned better
Pros:

I loved the colors in the hotel as well the pool

Cons:

I was very upset with the restroom we found hairs in shower prior to use and walls were a bit dirty

It was safe and fabulous!
Pros:

The shower was magnificent. It gave me the initiative to get rid of my current house to have that kind of safe shower installed. My current house was built in 2003 and if I start on improving it, the new people will redo it anyway.

Cons:

The shower and the squeeze soaps and lotion.
