Los trabajadores de la recepción tienen muy mal trato y no responden a las dudas de los clientes y no aclaran las preocupaciones en la reserva decía q tenía sombrilla y sillas en la playa y al final tuve q pagarlas y no aclararon mi duda nunca
The drinks were amazing and the bartneder was the most polite person we encountered. Food was pretty delicious, more than I expected for breakfast too. Room was spacious and clean, great view of the beach and pool. Beds were super comfy.
We got to the resort early, with intentions to enjoy the facilities. We were told by staff that the closest restroom/place to change was on the 2nd floor, when there was in fact one we found later by the bar. Parking was across the street, $20 per day. This was never mentioned during booking. Poolside had trash and used towels EVERYWHERE. We didn't have any live music, as listed on the website, and the poolside music was shut off VERY early. Additionally, the beachside rentals are NOT included, even thonits listed that way on Booking. 2 chairs and an umbrella was additional $50 per day. We are avid beachgoers, could have planned more things to make our trip enjoyable had we known about these added expenses. We were looking for an inclusive spot we wouldn't have to leave for entertainment. This was NOT that.
The only thing I did not like is having to pay to park when we are customers of the Hyatt I feel it should be free or atleast discounted. The rooms are already expensive enough. Other than that my serene was 10/10. Keep up the great work HYATT PCB

My kids love the pool and hot tub area. Bar is near the pool. Beautiful view of the gulf. Property is always clean. And the free breakfast buffet is a huge plus!
