Shantel - service
Pros:

We celebrated my mom’s 80th birthday at the Hyatt Panama City beach. One of the best parts was the service. The front desk staff as friendly and inviting. Shantel cleaned our room with extra attention to detail and made our visit extra special! Thank you Shantel and Hyatt team!

Exceptional food
Pros:

Travelling for business. The hotel restaurant food was exceptional, sometimes you never know, but this one was good and the bartender is a solid dude from Memphis and New Jersey.
All that gives this a 10/10, what knocks my rating down is its pet friendly and there was a yippy dog on the floor below me. The owners of that dog were so inconsiderate.

AWSOME Family trip
Pros:

The hole stay was AWSOME!!! The beach , the motion pool was great as well. coconut Charlie the restaurant....the drinks was great!! The lady that was serving drinks 🍸 she where AWSOME multi tasking all the customers to they need and still made all my drinks good and tasty. Its differently a family place even couples or solo . My grandchildren love it the was at the pool every day lol and the beach ⛱️ 😎 right behind the hotel. I give a 10 thanks Hayatt 😊

Enjoyed the family vacation
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay. We traveled with a kid, so we loved the family atmosphere. The hotel is right on the beach, which we loved, plus it is within walking distance of shopping. The view is amazing. We liked the pool, the breakfast and friendly staff. The only negative aspect is that the room is cleaned only after a 3rd night.

Pros:

Pros : Great location, close to Pier Park, beautiful view from Balcony. Staff was very friendly, breakfast was great as well. Coconut Charlie's in the hotel has some good food as well.
Cons : Motion sensors in the room are frustrating. It would automatically kick your AC off while you were out enjoying the beach or the area. Had a total of 3 sensors. One in the bathroom, one in the kitchenette, and one overlooking your beds / living area. Not only would it kick your AC off, it also turns lights off . So if you have kids and leave a small light on at night for them, you may want to bring a plug in light. We had to buy a fan just to keep air circulating while we were gone, and at night.
The hotel only has 3 elevators total for the entire building, Makes wait time very frustrating, when one would finally show up, many times it was packed with people and you had to continue to wait. Once you finally made it on a elevator, you always have to have a key card in hand or you couldn't get up to your floor. Have to scan your key to get the elevator to go up to floors 3 - 11.
Parking is not included with your price. There's a parking garage across the street that you pay $20 a day plus tax to park in.
