Nice hotel, cost a little steep
Pros:

The location was good, the breakfast was delicious, and the hotel is nice.

Cons:

The cost was too high for the comfort inn level rooms. The rest of the hotel was beautiful, but the rooms were just good. For the price I expected more.... The cost of the stay should include parking. $20 dollars a day is ridiculous when you are paying some nights $400 dollars or more for a good but not great room. TV channels are limited which sucks for double red flag and/or stormy weather days with two kids. There was also no microwave in the room.

Linda experiencia en un lugar maravilloso.
Pros:

El hotel se siente fresco, limpio, muy iluminado con luz natural. Siempre mantenía una temperatura agradable en los pasillos y en la habitación. L piscina es algo que disfruto mucho los niños. Y la playa es de las mejores que he estado. El desayuno muy variable y nutritivo, con buen sabor y fresco. No tanto los jugos para beber, deberían mejor en ese detalle. Y su localización, es de las mejores deseadas, mi familia y yo disfrutamos mucho caminar hacia Pier Park. Teníamos a Walmart, JC Penny y restaurantes a menos de 4 minutos en coche. Fue una experiencia agradable y con deseos de regresar.

Cons:

Me sorprendió mucho para mal, haber rentado una habitación con zona de cocina donde no estaba provista de ningún utensilios para su fin, por ejemplo: no papel toalla, no cubiertos de cocina ni platos, no cesto de basura para la zona de cocina, no detergente lavavajillas, no abridor de botellas de vino, no pudimos disfrutar de una mesa y 4 sillas. No parecía tener ninguna comodidad en esa “zona de cocina”
Otra cosa que nos molestó mucho fue la calidad de los colchones de cama. Parecían muy usados y no brindaba nada de comfort . Estaban hundidos en el centro y demasiado blandos.
Algo más nos incomodó en la llegada. Fue los carros para los equipajes. Es una lastimas que brinden este servicio con tan mala calidad. Los carros de equipajes están en una condición de “ desecharlos” son chatarras que dan un aspecto de abandono y poca higiene. Funcionan mal, están despintados, no ruedan bien por tener las ruedas desinfladas. Son detalles que no llevan costo considerable pero impactan negativamente en los huéspedes. Además que eran insuficientes, creo haber contado 4 carros para todo el hotel y los 4 en condiciones de “basura metálica” o “chatarra”.

We loved PCB and will definitely be back.
Pros:

The location was great!

Cons:

No info on how to reserve the chairs and umbrellas ahead of time. The breakfast was not that great and there were flys all over the food that was not covered. We ate once and went elsewhere for the remainder of our stay.

Pros:

The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, and it was a convenient location to shopping & restaurants. The beach views were phenomenal from our balcony!!! The beach access was excellent as well. I can't wait to return to this hotel in the future.

Cons:

It would have been nice to have a microwave in the room. The beds were okay, not exceptional. These weren't deal breakers compared to the overall value of the hotel accommodations.
