Not like it used to be.
Cons:

Paid parking is ridiculous..
Espresso and iced coffee was not available at Starbucks.
Elevators are very slow.
Juice machine was out of order at breakfast.

Cons:

The hotel is great, I liked it. It’s right on the beachfront, everything is nice. But there’s one downside. In the reviews it said that the beach loungers by the ocean are free for guests staying at the hotel. At the reception they also told me that loungers are included in the price. But when I went to the beach and took a lounger, someone came up to me and said it costs $50 per day. So that was the only downside for me. Otherwise, everything was fine.

We loved the room!! The staff was fantastic! Mr Bobby? I hope I got his name right was Fantastic!!! He was kind, respectful, spoke to everyone!! Was on the ball!! When you dealing with travelers & sun drained grouchy guest-- he is a ray of Joy!!
Loved the Beautiful Lady working the pool bar!! Amazing!! Spirited- a lovely soul!!!

Cons:

We were not told there was a charge for chairs. We were disappointed to find out the cost for our short time on the beach.
