Lovely people at the hotel

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. Customer service was also excellent.
I can’t think of anything that I didn’t like about the hotel.
We stayed at the toplevel and the view was amazing. The breakfast was good. Loved that they served fresh fruit. The jacuzzi was nice. The staff were also nice.
The room was very small and very cold. There was no storage room for our suitcases. I had to hide them behind the curtains. There was one small closet for us (3 people). We could only hang our coats in it. We had to change rooms because the sofa bed wasn’t good and the room was very cold. My son could not sleep and he is one of the earliest sleepers of the family. The heater couldn’t go higher and made a lot of noise. They gave us a other room. Which was a tiny bit bigger, but also not warm enough. We had to ask for extra blankets. The last night of our stay there was water running through the room. We had to ask two times to come and fix the situation. They couldn’t fix it because the water was coming from the other room and those people were sleeping. So we had to spend the night with towels on the floor and were flip flops instead of our socks. When i took a good look at the ceiling and the floor I noticed that there was signs of old water damage. So it must have been a known situation. The previous weeks we stayed in different cities and hotels in Florida and this was one of the least pleasant staying. My children didn’t want to change hotels because our family stayed nearby and we were at their place most of the time and we only had 3 nights left. So we stayed, but for me it wasn’t a relaxing staying.

Beach has handicap accessible walk way but the ramp is to step and narrow for wide wheelchairs.
