We enjoyed most everything about the place
Pros:

The breakfast was good every day. Everywhere seemed clean and I saw people cleaning a lot, plus they were very friendly.

Cons:

Not sure if some rooms have microwaves, but ours didn't and that would be helpful, even a small one. also a bigger trash can or extra bags would help too.

Pros:

Beds comfy, breakfast is wonderful. All staff is nice. Very clean, showers are great! They provide towels at the pool. Pool is heated.

Cons:

Umbrella and chairs are no longer included since there's no longer a resort fee, so it's 60$ a day. Same for parking, you pay for parking each day. It's an upfront charge with a QR code in the parking garage. We checked in Sunday-friday and it was $115.

Pros:

From the service to the amenities to the size of the rooms, top-notch all the way around. Best of all, the prices are very reasonable for a regular working family. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Cons:

The Beach chairs are too expensive. The way the chairs are lined up right where people naturally want to be in proximity to the water makes one feel obligated to rent them. The placement of the chairs restricts the enjoyment of the beach.

The breakfast was abundant and was not served on styrofoam or plastic cutlery. This was refreshing. The pool was nice and a great view of the ocean

We had a good week despite incurring additional expenses.

Staff was very friendly and helpful

Cons:

We booked with info that our beach chairs and umbrella were included in price ( that’s one of the reasons we chose to stay here) then upon arrival were told they had changed their contract/rental terms with chair provider and it would be an additional $300 plus tax (and tip) to enjoy the beach - purpose of our trip.
I feel booking.com should have let us know, or Hyatt should have honored original agreement.

The view and location was great. We enjoyed the breakfast and the pool. Very convenient to have Starbucks and a restaura

The location was great it was in a not to crowded area of the beach and it was within walking distance to the pier. The pool was nice, it started really shallow for littles which was nice for my toddler. It also had a Starbucks and a restaurant inside! Breakfast was good.

Cons:

I’ve never been to a hotel that does not have a microwave! The hotel says no smoking and to go so many feet from the building however, people were smoking on the balcony next to us so we couldn’t enjoy our balcony and then right out side directly of the hotel lobby doors people were smoking. Breakfast could have been until 11. Also seemed overpriced for what we got.
