Very nice!!
Pros:

This was our last 2 nights in Vietnam so we decided to splurge on something g a little fancier than we normally would. The room was amazing and the staff was very friendly and professional. Breakfast was a really great selection also. Roof top infinity pool with bar.

Cons:

I didn’t like that the pool area closed so early at 7pm as it is so hot and late night swims are awesome. Even till 11pm when the bar closes would be great.

Wonderful stay in Hanoi city center
Pros:

We loved the concierge service-I have rarely experienced such amazing above-and-beyond service for such a good price! We were so pleased how helpful and willing the staff was to assist us with all our questions and transportation. Bring our first time in Vietnam, there was so much we needed help with (figuring out how to use grab, checking the best places for jewelry shop money exchange, recommendations and addresses for good tailor shops, room service, etc.) They even let us borrow their desk umbrellas the Sunday as we were heading out for church and a downpour appeared imminent. Their English levels were very impressive, and made it easy to ask any questions we had. The rooms were very nice and clean (although a bit worn in some spots). The pillows felt like clouds and all room amenities were great!

We very much enjoyed our stay here!

Cons:

Only a few small things would have been better-the shampoo seemed to be the same as the body wash so it didn't feel like we had shampoo. Overall, the hotel is very nice, however the lobby couches and floor often had lots of crumbs on them and many food stains. Also, it would be nice if more of the food at breakfast was covered, since the growing heat and humidity did bring a few bugs in.
There was also an issue with a taxi the hotel pre-booked for us being 30 minutes late, but that might not be something the hotel could really do anything about.

思っていた以上に快適で、
Pros:

スタッフの対応が丁寧で、親切。英語が通じるので楽。部屋、ロビー、朝食会場、廊下、全てが清潔である。掃除のスタッフまで、挨拶をしてくれ、何かと困ったときには世話をしてくれた。トイレやベッドも清潔感があり、実際清潔であった。朝食のメニューも豊富で、ベトナム料理を堪能した。朝食時間も長くゆっくりできた。

Cons:

無いと言っていいが、あえて希望を言えば、9階にあったためか、私の部屋のシャワーの水量が少なく、物足りなかった。

Pros:

Detta tre stjärniga hotel har sett bättre dagar. Slitet och dyrt för vad man får . Går att hitta bättre nyare till samma pris i Gamla stan . Ok som snabb övernattning kanske men inte för dessa pengar .

All the current staff are disappointing.
Pros:

The breakfast and soundproofing were good. The room cleanliness was also quite decent. I have stayed here several time on repeat visits. There are many good Japanese restaurants in the back streets behind the hotel.

Cons:

The female staff at t he reception are very unfriendly. Also, the bellboy does not stay at this post and does not open the door even when I'm carrying my suitcases. The previous staff were very kind, but all the current staff have changed and are unfriendly. I also asked for some ice, and they charged me for it. It used to be free before.

Nice restful hotel with delicious breakfast
Pros:

The rooms were beautiful and the breakfast was fantastic. It was a quiet area, so a very calm and relaxing stay.

Cons:

There was filming going on while we were staying there and although we were always encouraged to go ahead and that we weren't in the way, moving though the cameras and lights in the lobby did feel like we were a bit of an inconvenience especially since we weren't told that this would be happening. Not a huge issue but slightly uncomfortable.
