Pros:

Location on central pedestrian street. Casual vibe sort of like a hostel. Good breakfast. Very soft bedding.

Cons:

Shower left most of the bathroom wet.

Pros:

Check in was easy. The facilities and the rooms were excellent. Location was outstanding.

Cons:

The place has a roof top bar, which we were told at the reception that we could visit for drinks. When we visited, there was a party happening and we were not even allowed to see the terrace. We were sent out in a rude way.

Super für einen Städtetrip in Dortmund.
Pros:

Sehr gut zu Fuß vom Bahnhof zu erreichen. Zu Fuß ist man schnell beim Dortmunder U, beim Fußballmuseum und vielen anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt. Trotz der Nähe zur Fußgängerzone hatten wir ein sehr ruhiges Zimmer (nur nachts waren draußen ein paar Partypeople unterwegs). Toller Blick über die Stadt und in die Ferne vom Frühstücksraum aus, der abends als Bar und Restaurant dient. Netter Empfang, unkompliziert und freundlich.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Toller Sportbereich und das Hotel hat einen tollen Style. Sehr zentrale Lage.

Cons:

Leider waren die beiden Zimmer, die ich gesehen habe nicht besonders sauber. Das Badezimmer war nur oberflächlich gereinigt. Starkes Peeling der Matratzen, da fehlen Moltons. Kein Desinfektions- oder Reinigungsmittel im Sportbereich. Das ist sehr schade, da es ansonsten ein tolles Hotel ist.

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt sehr gut geeignet!
Pros:

Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, sehr gute Lage im Stadtzentrum.

Cons:

Leider wurde zum Abend hin kein Restaurantbetrieb im Hotel angeboten. Zufahrt zum hoteleigenen Parkgaragenbereich war nicht möglich.

War ok , aber nochmal müsste es nicht sein
Pros:

Das Zimmer war an sich ok , hat etwas Studentenbewegung Wohnheim Flair aber sauber und in Ordnung das Personal war durchwegs freundlich und das Frühstück war sehr lecker und gut in der Auswahl

Cons:

Wir konnten kaum schlafen durch den Lärm von außen
Der Parkplatz war gut in der Tiefgarage aber teuer.
