Location was great for the event I was attending
Well the room stunk like mildew I instantly had to spray perfume to even deal with being in the room, the beds are pretty hard, the waffle mix is so watered down you can’t even make a waffle, the coffee had black floaters after I put creamer in it I seen it and dumped it straight out and trashed it
Everything, it’s clean, the beds are so comfortable and we are always able to park without a problem. This for is our spot when going to Xtreme!

The hotel was very clean, staff was friendly and helpful. The location was also perfect for our stay. Close to highway and easy to get to local stores.
The only breakfast was all carb options except a few pieces of fruit. If you are wanting for of a full continental breakfast then you might want to look other places. We just went to a local place for breakfast 1 morning and ate there the other morning.

Plumbing issue when checking in, 3 stars for Expedia being available when they weren’t taking reservations.
I was very pleased with this property. The rooms were very accommodating and the bed was so comfortable. The staff was very friendly. I I’ll be staying only at this facility from now on when I have to stay overnight in Crosby. I tried 2 others prior to Sleep Inn and hands down this one went over and above the others
Check in was smooth and quick
Got there and the automatic sliding door to enter the building was locked had to call to get the girl at the front desk to come open it. Had to go back downstairs twice because the keys wouldn’t work so the girl at the desk had to come let me in my room with her key. The seat in the shower for handicap or wheelchair bound person would not stay up because of the design of the tub so was limited to space while taking a shower.

Our television wasn’t working during our stay
If you are checking in after 11:00 p.m. think about staying here twice. The doors were locked, there was a sign posted at the door stating that doors are closed form 11:00 p.m. - 5:30 a.m. and a phone number to call, we called the number and nobody answered we waited around 35 minutes until finally an employee saw us and gave us access to check in, he was upset and rude. We just stayed because there wasn’t another hotel nearby to stay at and it was already late.

Our room looked clean but bare minimum amenities. Free breakfast consisted of make your own waffles and packaged cold breakfast sandwiches in the fridge. Old bread and bagels and a toaster that barely toasted. Cold cereal and old fruit. Front desk were at least friendly and helpful but would not stay here again.
