I donot like the room, after checkin when I open the door, the triple room which I booked was completely filled with cockroaches, even on the bed, when we asked them to check , the receptionist sent a boy who hust sprayed and said it will go now, you go and stay, but as I have a kid, I donot want to go and asked for refund or another room , they showed another double bed room , which is worst than this. And he didnot respond to our questions and said just leave.. no refund nothing you will get, my husband recorded a video and said we will post it online, then he calm down and spoke to his manager about refund.

Grand Stay (for Cockroaches)
Pros:

Central location.

Cons:

Bed stains, soiled and smelly additional pillow in the cupboard, torn pillow covers, lack of basic amenities like towels even though listed in Bookings.com

Worst was the infestation of small cockroaches after lights off. Scared the shit out of me when I woke up.

Pros:

I didn't like anything many rooms for this rate were better than this stay at same location

Cons:

It is in narrow lane where only a bike could go and have to park the car in main road and there is no staff atleast to carry the luggage from main road. Bedsheets were untidy. Bathroom is so small and dirty. Beds got bobbling. It was terrible stay we even asked for refund but it was denied. I won't recommend it
