Worst experience in my life

Worst. Nothing to like over there.

Cons:

We had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. The property images shown online were misleading compared to the actual condition. The approach road to the hotel is extremely narrow and poorly maintained, barely enough space even for a two-wheeler, with wastewater stagnation on both sides and a very unpleasant smell. There is no proper parking facility, making it highly inconvenient for guests arriving by car.

The surroundings and entrance of the hotel create a very poor first impression. Basic amenities were not provided, no water bottles, towels, or dental kits, which is unacceptable for a paid stay.

We stayed here only due to official commitments; otherwise, we would have chosen to leave. It is also concerning that full payment is required in advance through booking platforms. Had we been given an option to pay partially, we would not have continued with the stay after seeing the actual condition.

Additionally, the room maintenance was poor. The air conditioner was leaking water throughout the night, disturbing our sleep. For both nights, we had to adjust by sleeping on one side of the bed to avoid the leakage.

Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience. We strongly recommend future guests verify the property thoroughly before booking, as listings on booking platforms may not accurately reflect reality.

Pleasant stay Good staff Santhosh and Rajesekar
Pros:

Best staff I ever met they solve my problems that I had flight issues they settle to stay longer they make sure I got my extra night stay in the hotel reception Santhosh and fellow staff Rajesekar treated me so well and also 2 ladys.
