The location is good, clean, people at the front and breakfast people very nice, good fresh breakfast.

Right begore leaving, my son accidentally bumped a picture frame by the bed with his backpack, notified the cleaning people who were close by to be careful because it shattered the glass and he got a deep cut in his finger trying to prevent it from falling all the way. Notified a guy who was outside a room being cleaned, and he was picking up laundry, once we started walking away with my son the girl that was cleaning the room started laughing and whispering to the guy. Honestly fell it was very disrespectful.

The hotel was very close to my event which was convenient as we were there during the winter storm.

Cons:

We were booked into a wheelchair accessible room. The blinds were broken, In fact they were taped down so we had to roll them up to open them and allow light into the room. The bar inside the closet is too close to the floor. I was there for an event so my husband's suit and my dress was dragging the floor. And the front desk staffs personalities were just... blah. We were there for 5 days (during a storm) and NONE of them smiled or spoke except for the girl on the last day as we were checking out. I guess I just expected more.
