Przez błąd na booking.com hotel przyjął podwójną rezerwacje. Hotel pobrał 2 opłaty jedną przed wizyta drugą tuz po wizycie. Mimo interwencji booking.com i próby odwołania nie udało się nic osiągnąć.

Benissimo la posizione, da dimenticare tutto il resto

La posizione di questo hotel è eccezionale. Basterebbero poche accortezze per avere un punteggio molto maggiore

Cons:

La manutenzione: Doccia che non buttava bene acqua semplicemente per il calcare, ruggine sul mobile in bagno, rubinetto completamente rovinato da acido, pochi mobili di appoggio (basterebbero delle mensole cose da poco), muffa sui muri. Molto caro per la qualità. Siamo arrivati nella camera non funzionava la televizione (primo trasloco) poi abbiamo chiesto di rimanere un giorno in più ci è stato accordato ma all'ultimo momento una impiegata (Anna) in malo modo ci ha detto che dovevamo cambiare camera di nuovo (quella pagata doveva essere di qualità inferiore - non vero era migliore). Tante cose da rivedere qua
