Cannot fault the service provided by the staff but…
Initially I was placed in a room right on the street which was extremely noisy but not as noisy as the staff and others at reception. I was promptly moved after asking for a quieter room and this seemed to be a good outcome. The next room was so much more quieter but one of the beds had bed bugs. There was 2 beds in the room and I managed to get some sleep albeit very minimal in the room. I let the online staff know about the bites and sent them several photos of the bites all over my legs. Their response was that they checked the room and no bed bugs but this was impossible. This was my worst ever stay in Rome and I would not be staying at a Numa location again as I have read that other locations have also had bed bugs
Great location, quiet yet only steps to the hustle and bustle of patios, bars and plenty of people.
I booked a room with a private terrace and just loved having that extra space for early mornings or late nights. I was worried about the pin not working but had no trouble at all, The receptionists were friendly and helpful, just not there at all times. A terrific location as well.
We had a wonderful time in Trastevere and the Numa was directly in the Heart of it 😍
The facility was exceptionally clean and easily accessible, with staff providing outstanding assistance and exhibiting a high degree of professionalism.
Excellent stay,everything that's needed for weekend break,wine glasses,bottle opener,hairdryer,lots of towels,comfortable beds,Tv,roof top garden,tea/coffees facilities,laundry room,mini fridge.
Totally recommend 👌
Nice property with great breakfast at Cambio. Room was nice however did not like the shower halfway in the room. No privacy
The location is very convenient, many bus stops and restaurants nearby.
Check-In is made very easy and uncomplicated. You can get everything you need for an short stay in Rome.
Para uma ou duas noites. Sem armários. Sem serviço de limpeza de quarto. A cama boa e roupa de cama tb.
I will always plan to stay here when I am in Rome. The room was beautiful, clean, had a lovely terrace, and was within a 10 or 20 minute walk of everything I wanted to see and do in Rome. As someone traveling solo, I felt safe and secure throughout my visit.
excellent location. the staff very communicative and willing to help
Using the dial codes for both main entrance/room was convenient.
Perfect location. Very comfortable and great staff. Suggest the terrace room
Excellent location, easy to check in, very comfortable and clean. Would go here again. Love that luggage storage is available after check out, this is invaluable! Extremely responsive to all questions, and check in instructions are spot on.

My boyfriend & I stayed at Numa for 6 nights. Check in was super easy, as we did have a receptionist present & they were able to check us in early since our room was ready. Check out was a breeze, since we were able to do it fully online anyway. Although the hotel was very clean & in a superb location in the heart of Trastevere, the room was barely large enough to feel comfortable. As soon as you walked in, you are cornered to a wall because the bed is in the way. There was no furniture in the room besides 2 bedside tables & a mini fridge that barely got cold. There are no closets, but our room did have a few hangers that wrrr basically on the ground… Similar to other posts, they will not clean your room if you don’t stay for longer than 8 days, if you need it cleaned it’s an extra charge. They won’t take out your trash or give you new towels. The walls are paper thin, so every footstep, conversation, or closing door sounded like you were in the same room.
If we were there for more than 6 nights, I think I would’ve lost my mind, but for the amount of time, we survived our stay. As a young person on a budget, it did its job as a place to sleep. It is in a great location for walking to the Trevi fountain, Pantheon, Colosseum, and even the Spanish steps. There are phenomenal places to eat right outside your door step so I can’t be too mad. If I were to stay here again, I’d definitely splurge on the bigger room, but I do agree that it is an Airbnb disguised as a hotel… you have to do a lot of things on your own & staff aren’t really much help when present, as everything has to go through the WhatsApp anyway.
I thought it was a pretty average experience. I wasn’t wowed, but I paid for what I got and it did the job. It was a decent accommodation in a great location. I also feel that with all the things to do in Trastevere alone, you shouldn’t really be spending that much time in your hotel room, so it shouldn’t really matter, but do with that what you will.
Our favorite property on our trip to Italy.
Perfect location. Staff were helpful. Was just a great home base and honestly had everything we needed in a room. Balcony was a cool touch and we could sit out and overlook the people walking by.
If I had to knock something it would be the arrangement of the room. The sink was in the main room oppose to the bathroom, but if that is your biggest concern then you did OK
Hotellet har en perfekt placering i Trastevere, og værelset er pænt og rent med moderne indretning. Det eneste dårlige var WiFi’en, der var meget ustabil og ofte slet ikke virkede.
