B&B Hotel Genova City Center

Located in the heart of the city, with friendly and highly helpful staff and an always-available cappuccino to start your day. A minor issue was the washing room where the payment system is a hassle, but that was resolved with help from the reception

We spent 3 nights at this hotel. Found it to be in a great location for walking to many different places. The front desk was so helpful...providing directions and accommodating us with additional pillows and a blanket. Breakfast buffet was wonderful. Great selection of food and they refilled it constantly. My only complaint was the laundry...maybe add some instructions in English. My laundry took 4 hours to dry because I choose the wrong category. If we ever travel back to Genoa, will definitely rebook.

This hotel has a perfect location near the station, a wonderful breakfast, and a beautiful, comfortable room. I truly enjoyed my stay and would love to come back again.

Centrally located , close to historic venues.At the reseption Emmanuel and his friend do their best to infrom us about the area together with map. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Our reservation has no breakfast but when we have decided to take , it was wonderfull breakfast for only €9,50 nice and tasty.There were no kettle in the room , upon request they supplied one immediately.Room has one chair , two chairs are better for double room.

I recommend B&B HOTELS for cleanliness, room quality, the great breakfast. I rally appreciate the presence of messages encouraging people to adopt responsible behavior. Very close to all the things you have to visit in Genova .

I stayed in this hotel for 5 days in mid-October, but I come to this hotel regularly every year. For me, this is the ideal hotel to stay in Genoa. First of all, the service is superb: I needed some flexibility for family reasons and I was accommodated time and time again, with a smile and a positive, can-do attitude. Second, the location for this hotel is excellent: it is central but it is quiet, which is phenomenally rare even for five star hotels in this city. Third, the breakfast is excellent, varied and tasty. Finally, the small convenience store is well stocked and always available for customers. One more comment about the rooms: they are spacious and functional. The furniture is a bit sparse, but the bed is comfortable and the shower is very good. There is no bathtub, and that is perfectly fine with me. I recommend this place for short to medium stays: the friendliness of personnel, the overall cleanliness of the premises, and the great location make this hotel an excellent and high-value choice.

We travel to Europe frequently and use B&B Hotels often. Our stay at Genova City Center was excellent. From the moment we walked in your front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast very good.
The location was perfect and very walkable to all the major tourist sights. Parking for my motorcycle was a big plus.

I only had two days/one night in Genova, as I was taking a night bus to Bordeaux, and this hotel was nice and modern with excellent front desk staff.

My room was a good size with a comfortable bed and pillows, fridge, wardrobe, work desk, TV, free WiFi but no luggage rack, so bag was open on the floor.

The washroom was very nice, with a good shower, toiletries and towels.

As I had an evening departure, they kindly stored my bags for me during the day.

Breakfast is available in the lobby cafe.

It was a touch more than I wanted to pay, but summer in Europe is bound to push the budget out.

I’d stay here again.

Wonderful staff, fluent in so many languages. They were always kind and gracious. The breakfast was great. Hotel is in a safe neighborhood and a quick walk to the train station.

The staff went out of their way to make sure we had a nice visit, and was very friendly.

Location is very good in centre Genoa. Hotel is clean, breakfast is good. Rooms are clean, beds are good. The shower cabin is small, the airco is noisy.

Easy check-in with very serviceminded person. Funny with entrance in fifth floor. Comfortable beds, clean bathroom. Satisfied!

Visited the shops, Port Anticio and Restaurants in old town

Excellent hotel with easy walking to centre and port. Buffet breakfast is amazing with options for everyone.

II mio soggiorno di una notte è stato molto gradevole, subito ho faticato a trovarlo ma in realtà è comodo a tutto.
Posizione vicino ai negozi per lo shopping, ristoranti. La camera era pulita e confortevole. Il personale molto gentile e la colazione ottima.

I had a very enjoyable time in Genova, thanks to the hospitality of the B&B team in this hotel, as well as the quality of my stay. I love the bed, pillow and how clean the hotel is. Olmo was very kind to us and super helpful as well.
