Disappointed
Pros:

Location and staff was nice

Cons:

Room was claustrophobic I literally had to keep my suitcase on the bed. Water refill in dirt bottle and coffee capsules only on arrival.

Excellent breakfast with chef as well as a big buffet
Pros:

Great location. Small but really nice rooftop pool to cool down in hot days.

Cons:

One member of staff was always shouting and check on up on us if we are vaping. He was terrible.
He needs to relax same as other waiters

Pros:

Heart of Madrid and extremely modern hotel with lovely staff and great facilities

Cons:

Slight smell from the shower when you open the door, almost smells sewer like but once the shower goes on goes.
