Hostel di alto livello adatto per un week-end in giro. Ma non ha le caratteristiche di un hotel.
Pros:

La valutazione non è univoca. La posizione è ottima, come la colazione. La disponibilità del personale è eccellente. Dal terrazzo, che ha anche una piccola piscina, si gode una vista spettacolare, ed è possibile bere un drink al tramonto. Il servizio di pulizia è di buon livello (sebbena la stanza non fosse perfettamente pulita al nostro arrivo). Certamente la cortesia di tutto il personale merita un encomio, oltretutto h24. Servizio gratuito di deposito bagagli.

Cons:

Tuttavia le dimensioni degli spazi privati e collettivi non sono quelle di un hotel. Il bagno privato ha le dimensioni di quello di un treno, la hall ha quattro posti a sedere in un ambiente di passaggio. La camera sebbene molto curata contiene solo il letto e una tv non orientabile verso il basso. Armadio e porta valigie sostituito con mensole davanti al bagno. Il minifrigo l'ho staccato perchè il rumore non consentiva di dormire, Ugualmente il condizionamento, tra l'altro con accensione automatica alla chiusura dell'infisso. Il prezzo è quello di una camera di albergo, ma non è un hotel...lo definirei piuttosto un hostel di buon livello. Va bene per ragazzi oppure dovrebbe costare molto meno, considerato che al più è un punto d'appoggio. Oltretutto la metratura è di una singola, almeno per gli standard italiani. Un'altra cosa che non mi piace è l'affaccio sul muro del cortile, benchè abbia apprezzato il murales, che è una bella trovata.

Pros:

Amazing location, very central with a carrefour next door and 2 metro stations very close, so can get to all of Madrid very easily. Room was small but perfectly functional and had everything we needed including very comfy beds!

Cons:

Enjoyed our stay!

Fabulous location, welcoming staff, clean hotel. Great place to stay whilst in Madrid
Pros:

We were warmly welcomed and Alicia looked after us so well. Great staff, great accommodations and the rooftop pool was a bonus.

Huge thank you to the team for helping return blankie back to the UK- we’re truly grateful. A definite reason to return to Madrid.

Cons:

The rooms were small but it was just a bed to sleep in - no big issue.

Cons:

pas de charme, toit/ piscine prix d'assaut par beaucoup de clients et mauvaise musique en fond sonore. Chambre minuscule, vue sur un mur et lit pas très confortable

Pros:

El hotel es muy bonito, la habitacion tiene todo lo necesario para un corta estadia, cama comoda y todo lo necesario para un buen baño. Los espacios son pequeños por eso no me alojaria si fuera mas dias a Madrid, pero para dos noches estuvo muy bien. La ubicacion es excelente.

Cons:

Se escuchaba demasiado cada vez que los otros huespedes entraban y salian de las habitaciones cercanas.
