Cons:

No elevators! Which is not noted any where in the site on booking.com. Our room was on the 2nd level. Exposed to the elements when you are inside. Could not get inside to start with. The digital registration process was not user friendly. Stairs as well as the "outside area" was dirty, not kept up with. The bathtub's drain did not work. I had to stuff a washcloth in the drain to keep the water in the tub. Imagine dealing with all of this after being on the road! Sheets are the bed were stiff not comfortable! We are a couple in our 70's and did not understand the "digital registration"process. It was not user-friendly. I like dealing with people! This place is not for seniors!

The room was good but I wouldn’t stay here again.
Pros:

The location in relation to food, Walmart, etc- great! The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and kind.

Cons:

The exterior of the building, including the interior courtyard where the doors to all the rooms are located is run down, dirty, and unkept. The pictures are NOT showing you what it truly looks like. The location as far as safety is something I would not consider staying again. Lots of sketchy stuff happening behind the building and tons of trash all over the parking lot, grass, etc.

It was not good. It was cheap so you get what you pay for I guess.
Pros:

There was ample room for our family.

Cons:

First off the hotel gave my reservation away to someone else who had the same last name and same first initial. Then it took an hour to get a room. Next we walked in the room and moved a chair to use the fold out couch and there were about forty dead bugs under it. Next the bathroom light was super bright and strobed non stop. It would make you nauseous trying to take a shower. After that one of the mattresses was so worn out you had to sleep in the middle of the bed to keep from rolling out in the floor.

Disgusting the property management should be ashamed. No doubt will be spreading disease with all those bugs.
Pros:

Not a thing. Was not there more than 1/2 an hour

Cons:

Infested with bugs throughout the entire place, mostly in the kitchen and the bathroom. I have never seen such filth and so many bugs. There was something creeping or leaking out from underneath the baseboard and just about every area of the bathroom. I have them in my hair and all over my belongings, and the only thing I had to spray was vinegar that I had brought for cooking. I left the property as soon as my ride arrived and reported it.
