Petit déjeuné qui est restreint sinon payant
La décoration de l’hôtel est très belle , la plage est superbe et le chambre en extérieur est dépaysante.
Il y a des vélos en libre service
Le personnel du restaurant pas particulièrement compétent ni sympathique.
La chambre est un peu bruyante surtout celles proches du restaurant , elle manque de luminosité ainsi que d’une télévision.

La chambre moon temple n’est pas adaptée aux conditions de vie sur place : les moustiques en saison humide au Mexique. Un vrai calvaire ..
Par ailleurs, la chambre en hutte manque drastiquement de luminosité et de rangement ce qui ne rend pas confortable le séjour

Overpriced for what it is, no facilities or services including the beach.
The room was dirty, there was no light in the room, the bathroom was outside with animals while using the WC.
Not hygienic at all, as well as the sinks outside because I couldn’t leave even the toothbrush that was full of insects and mosquitos.
No hair drier in the room.

While Nômade Temple Holbox offers a beautiful concept with lush botanical surroundings, unique villas and treehouses, our overall experience was disappointing for a five-star hotel. Cleanliness standards were below expectations, staff were often unfriendly and not very responsive, and restaurant management was frustrating, especially on Christmas Eve when hotel guests could not get a table. Food options were limited and overpriced, and basic amenities such as bottled water were poorly handled. The hotel has strong potential, but significant improvements are needed to match its positioning.

We were unfortunately with weather which affected some of the services/trips we could do.
This magical beauty of a hotel has been on my wish list for a while. Finally, this week, I got to experience the incredible hospitality, the exquisite design & the general laid-back & unpretentious luxe.
Truly, this is a very special place - every detail is thought of & every staff member is kind, full of information & so very helpful!

Amazing location on the quiet part of the island, amazing design of the hotel recognizsed by Hotel Michelin Guide, very lovely staff, great room at Moon Temple - I think I liked it better then 'tree house accomodation ' we stayed in previously, quiet, chilled out, fantastic music & overall vibe. Hard to put ypur camera down type of the place :)
One of our best hotels ever - if not the best one!
One of the waiters behaved quite inappropriately. When I declined a straw for my cocktail, he laughed and said, “Saving the world, right?” Throughout the service he was muttering under his breath and his overall attitude was distinctly out of line with the hospitality standards demonstrated by the rest of the FOH team. I have a feeling that food and cocktails were slightly better when we stayed there in April 2024.
