Location, privacy, quiet
No drawers for clothes. Didn’t know there was no Tv . I would have brought laptop
The property called me immediately after I made my reservation on booking.com to confirm the reservation. They failed to mention power would be out the first night. This was a scheduled known power outage and there is no reason I should have been allowed to book a room at the property. I was told my booking fee would be returned but no refund for the night.
Because this reservation was made on booking.com I’d have expected to be able to cancel and go elsewhere but was told there was nothing that could be done except for the booking fee return.
I loved the location to ride the complementary bikes through the neighborhoods and look at the beautiful homes
Close enough to downtown to ride bikes as well
I loved that we could bring our dog, the staff also waved the pet fee for us, maybe because it was our anniversary or because our dog is only six pounds and mellow, but that was really awesome
I loved our room with the kitchenette! I’m picky about food and love to bring my own places
Music through out the property was nice and calm and a low volume
Pool and jacuzzi were very nice
My one complaint is our bed and pillows were too soft for me, but that is a personal preference
Clean and good location
Music too loud in the courtyard, it was distracting. The service was spotty - for example, I was told I had breakfast every day but never got it.
Weve stayed on thus property 3 times. We love the quiet, the pool, the staff, the oom vibe, the entire property
Friendliness of staff. Complimentary breakfast. Overall vibe. Large bedroom, decent shower room and kitchenette. All great facilities. Lobby/lounge with bar option. Swimming pool and hot tub.
The staff were so lovely and the grounds were so well kept. The room was so modern and clean too. Would definitely stay again!
Great, quiet place.
It was our third time staying here and I would always do it again! Nice staff, pretty rooms and lovely pool area. Their welcome drink/ slushy is delicious ❤️
The location of the hotel is quiet and convenient to lots of things nearby, The hotel itself is beautifully renovated (it's an older building redone a couple years ago), and the rooms are nicely designed with good amenities. The pool was gorgeous; we never felt overcrowded with other guests. Being able to text the front desk for things we needed (breakfast delivery, our drink order at the pool), was convenient, and the drinks from the bar were delicious! The staff (especially Chad) went above and beyond to make sure we had a nice time - they were all wonderful.
I would have preferred a king bed (we only had a queen in our suite). The onsite staff leave everyday by 8pm, but it would be nice if they stayed later so you could catch them when you get back to the hotel after dinner. There's no restaurant onsite, but it'd be nice if they had any on-site food options at all (particularly since they have a full bar and drinking on an empty stomach isn't the best). Maybe they could provide a list of nearby restaurants that they, like, partner with that are willing to deliver food? Also, the rooms need way more hooks/towel bars, and maybe a shelf it two, in the bathroom area. There were only three hooks and the robes were hung on two of them. Once you've showered, there's only one more hook, but with two people, one person is always left with nothing.
J’ai adoré mon séjour ! L’hôtel est bien situé, les chambres propres et spacieuses (nous avions un studio) , le staff très accueillant, la piscine magnifique (et il y a même un jacuzzi!) , l’ambiance est calme … bref , un endroit de rêve que je n’oublierai jamais !
What a hidden gem
The bedding is absolutely uncomfortable,
Contemporary minimalist styling, w/ light breakfast, nice pool. It was lovely to sit outside our room (during the cooler morning or evening) to read, and the background music was so spot on--not too loud. It was a perfect get-away. The location was convenient and the neighborhood was quiet. We often stay at a somewhat historic place with its own charm, but this was a nice change of pace.
Very friendly helpful staff. Rooms are modern. Nice pool area.
