Save yourself a nightmare and skip this place
Pros:

First off - it was so difficult to find the place as it’s not the right address on here. It’s in a back alley where you don’t have access by car. The entrance of the building reeks of cat poo & pee. The property didn’t communicate with me as how to check in or where. There was hair on the sheets and ants everywhere. It was extremely humid and we weren’t shown how to turn on the AC. The couch was so used up there was a hole in it ? The dishes were so wet and smelly. I can’t believe I had to pay to stay there- if I weren’t with family I would’ve moved places.

Pros:

We express our gratitude to the hotel staff. I would like to note that everyone is very friendly and polite, so the atmosphere of a good rest and a great mood is created. bed linen and towels were clean as was the room itself. We will always stay here when visiting Istanbul, we hope to come again! Huge thanks to everyone!

The rooms were spacious and clean. The location was good, right next to Istiklal Street but on a quiet and safe street.

Pros:

The property is very old fashioned. It is in an excellent location, close to Istikaal Street. If you are looking for a budget long stay then this property is perfect. Staff are very friendly as usual in Istanbul. I stayed with my husband and daughter for 11 nights and i loved it. I can easily adjust.

Pros:

Unfortunately the bathroom in the hotel wasn't good and the windows in the apartment were leaking. The owner was very helpful and nice. He also helped us and organized our taxi to the airport.
But the location was perfect, about 200 meters from istiklal street near Taksim Square.
