Pros:

Lovely hotel and good quality facilities. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were very spacious which you dont find too often and the breakfast variety were very good and the service was excellent and the hotel is Not too far from the city center and great value for money. Would deffinetly recommend

Le confort des chambres, les équipements (sauna, hammam, piscine, salle de sport...) , le personnel est agréable

Cons:

La désorganisation de la restauration du repas du soir (plat froid, pas de proposition de boissons, attente longue...)
Petit bémol pour la piscine intérieure: il nous demande de porter des bonnets de bain alors que cela n'est affiché nul part

Great location, close to both the city and Troy. My husband lost his slippers and the staff were very helpful and found and returned them. On our first night there was a wedding reception that caused parking shortage but the vallet provided a reasonable solution and took care of things. In general the staff were relaxed and accommodating. The pool, the breakfast, etc. were all very good.

Cons:

We were given a room that was connected to another room via an adjacent door. Even though the door was locked, it was quite loud and we could hear all the noise from that room at night which made it quite uncomfortable.

Nach vier Wochen TürkeiUrlaub und ca 10 Hotelbesuchen kann ich sagen, das beste Hotel was ich in der Türkei dieses Jahr besucht habe. Lage gut, Frühstrück excellent, Zimmer schön eingerichtet und sauber. Personal sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Habe ein Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht aber nicht bekommen, begründung sei, das von mir gebuchte Zimmer soll es nicht mit Meerblick geben. Da mein Aufenthalt nur eine Nacht war habe ich es akzeptiert.
2. Man kann die Fenster im Zimmer nur mäßig öffnen.

Modern. Great to look at. That’s about it.

Cons:

I sat by the pool and outside close to 10 times, not once did a worker or staff offer me at the very least some water, let alone a drink or food. On the other hand, everyone else seemed to be getting served straight away when they sat down. Not sure if it was because I was white or because I spoke English. Everyone else staying there was from the region and could speak Turkish. Very disappointing
