“Het Hilton-hotel verdient absoluut geen vijf sterren. De douche functioneerde slecht en de matrassen waren van matige kwaliteit. Bij het éénpersoonsbed zat een ijzeren rand rondom, waardoor je voortdurend de kans loopt je voet of been te stoten – zelfs tijdens het slapen werd ik hier regelmatig door wakker. Het ontbijt gaf de indruk dat het van de vorige dag afkomstig was. Op basis van mijn vele hotelverblijven in vijfsterren hotels had ik dit niet verwacht van een Hilton;
todo fue mas que excelente sobre todo el desayuno, supero lo deseado y la ubicación frente al mar fue muy relajante además que esta en el centro de cafés y heladerías.
El hotel es muy grande y me perdía además de no tener tiempo para usar el Hamam

Le personnel nous étions deux adultes et deux enfants de 3 et 5 ans et le monsieur a la réception à 2h du matin après nous avoir encaissé les deux chambres, soi-disant communiquant nous a donné une chambre au troisième étage et une autre au premier étage en disant que il avait plus de disponibilité ! il nous a même pas récupéré les bagages le valé, ni garer le véhicule pour un 5 étoile cela est lamentable, la climatisation souffle sur le lit de quoi être malade , tout ça pour faire des économies pour un Hilton ! Finalement nous avons dormi à 4 sur un lit double et payé une chambre pour rien je déconseille cette hôtel des voleur !

Отель замечательный, расположен удобно в городе. Персонал очень вежливый, внимательный. В отеле чисто, уютно. Работает ресторан где вкусно готовят.

Average - Most of the hot food - example eggs were cold, this is a health hazard, compared to other hotels of lower price the variety as only average
One of our two rooms had faulty lights, at approximately 6am all the lights came on, turned them off and then all back on again 10mins later, called reception, a tech person arrived soon after and left again without fixing the issue. by this time we were fully awake and unable to stay the remainder of our paid for stay that morning.
For a facility and high price with Hilton brand this was unacceptable, we had to wake up fully and vacate the room - Ruined our stay and what was our last night in Turkey.
The indoor pool was cool, there is no hot tub, pool area and sauna smelt of cigarette smoke.
Breakfast has a reasonable variety of foods but the hot food - example scrambled eggs were cold.... This is a health hazard.
Staff in the restaurant were unfriendly.
I would not recommend this hotel, other cheaper hotels offer better rooms and breakfast, the room with faulty lights ruined the stay.

Overall the hotel itself was very nice and everything was excellent.The rooms were very clean,spacious and very modern,and the sea view was phenomenal.The hotel location was great.The staff was very friendly and helpful.Many thanks to Sema Hanim for the friendly service and hospitality.The food was great,but on the New Year’s party it was not very good.I don’t know why.But overall everything was excellent!

Pretty much standard Doubletree experience. Nice sized rooms, decent beds, a great view, free parking and a good location for the beach or to access the town. They have an excellent sauna/steambath/turkish bath and gym on premises.
Breakfast was okay, large buffet but nothing too exciting.
My down point was the bath/shower, which was one of those silly combos neither good enough for a bath, and dangerous (and small) for shower - getting in and out was a high step to get over the bath, and there was no desk and chair, just a weird table/sofa combo, which wasn't very comfy.
A good choice in this area. Shopping mall with fast food (meh) and Starbucks opposite and some good cafes and eateries along the beach.
Excellent location. Wonderful, friendly, efficient staff! Great buffet breakfast. Would highly recommend this hotel.
