Fantastic stay, much better than anticipated.

Everything about the hotel was excellent, I couldn’t find any faults in the facilities, staff or cleanliness of the place. Location was fantastic, right I. The city centre , which was a terrific place to explore

Racism and unfair treatment at reception

This is the first time I have experienced anything like this. I have been using Booking.com since 2007, and I have never had to write a complaint of this nature before: During our stay, my wife experienced discrimination at check-in because she wears a hijab.

We arrived having already paid for the room in advance. While I was parking the car, I left my wife to complete the check-in. The male receptionist repeatedly delayed her check-in and prioritised other guests who arrived after us, processing and allocating rooms to several of them first.

My wife was left waiting for a long time, alone with our one-year-old baby, which caused her significant stress.

The way she was treated by this person was upsetting and unacceptable. We would appreciate the hotel taking this seriously, reviewing the check-in process/CCTV if available, and ensuring staff receive appropriate training so that all guests are treated equally and respectfully.

Pros:

Alojamiento impecable y muy céntrico.
Es personal muy amable. Chus, la recepcionista que nos recibió, es de 10.
El hotel tiene un parking con acceso directo a las habitaciones que utilizamos sin problema.

L'hotel era molto bello in una posizione ottima. Abbiamo preso una camera familiare con angolo cottura per quattro e siamo stati molto comodi. Il personale era molto gentile e professionale come suspicabile in una struttra di quel livello. A di sopra delle aspettative.

Cons:

La ventola del bagno (enorme e bellissimo ma senza finestre) non funzionava. Usandolo in quattro questo si e' rivelato un disagio. Ma questo e' stato l'unico neo di jn soggiorno perfetto. Ci tornerei. Lo raccomando.

Quarto e casa de banho espaçosas, tudo muito limpo e em excelente estado. Localização central e simpatia do staff.

Cons:

A cama do sofá-cama não era muito confortável, sentia-se a parte inferior e fazia barulho. Não disponibiliza qualquer tipo de serviços de refeição.
