كل شي مثالي للشخص الذي عنده عائلة واطفال يريد القرب من المول وكل شي موتوفر ولا يحب التنقل بالسياره كثرا

مكان الفندق ملاصق بالمول وموظفين الاستقبال بالاخص حسام وعبدالحميد متعاونين جدا وكان يوجد ملاحظه على الغرفه كنت ماخذ كلاسيك عاديه عن النظافه وصعدو معاي الغرفه وقامو بتغير الغرفه واعطائي جناح كبير ونظيف جدا شكرا لهم كانت اقامه ممتعه وسوف اكررها

يستحق الزياره ولكن احرص على مكان الغرف لاتكون قريبه من الشارع It's worth visiting, but make sure the rooms aren'

- ثاني مره اسكن الفندق ملاصق بمجمع الفاندوم
- This is my second time staying at the hotel, which is adjacent to the Vendome complex.

Cons:

- البوفيه زحمه والاكل عادي جداً
- الخدمة للاسف بطيئة
- الازعاج الخارجي من بناء واذا كنت قريب من اللاونج الخارجي الى الساعه 1:30 صباحا

- The buffet was crowded and the food was very average.
- Unfortunately, the service was slow.
- There was noise from the building outside, and if you're near the outdoor lounge, it can be heard until 1:30 AM.

الفندق يميزه مكانه فقط انه جزء من المول

انتظرت الشنط على ما يجيبونها للغرفة اكثر من 40 دقيقه
تعامل الموظفة اللي بالاستقبال كان سيء جدا
النظافة في الغرفة غير جيدة الكرسي الجلد كان متسخ بشكل واضح جدا
تجربة لا أتمنى تكرارها
