S79 Sunflower Hotel & Spa

The water pressure in the shower was too low! It felt like it was leaking! The elevator didn't work all day, but they said it would be back to normal soon! But I waited all day! They even charged for the water in the refrigerator!

Generally this room is good. But some noise from repairing happened around 8 AM, which was regrettable.

Great stay in District 10! Close to Vạn Hạnh Mall, tons of tasty local food nearby, clean rooms, friendly staff.

Entrance is a little shabby and difficult to find. Room is overall spacious and comfortable.

I think it’s a good living place in this price, but a bits far to downtown, you may spend like 50k of Taxi to city central . It’s close to local community .Hotel room is large and comfortable to stay, we were very enjoy the service included the breakfast which having multiple choice.
Anyhow, I will recommend people who have economic concerns but wish to have a nice trip.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. However, only 1 lady who could speak English stood out, which made my stay very exciting, as I struggled to get through to other non-English staff.

Highly recommended for stay.......very near to the airport. 20 minutes taxi ride. The hotel is better known as Kha Ch San-Hoa Huong Duong-next to Khach San Vuon Saigon Hotel-which is their sister hotel.

The hotel's name is Hoa Huong Duong in Vietnamese. There are many hotels along Le Hong Phong street. The hotel is close to Queen Plaza Ky Hoa and opposite to Đông Hồ Eden wedding mall. Many restaurants are in walking distance. The hotel is an upscale one there.
The VIP room is equipped with a king double bed, a bathroom with a bathtub,& a tiny balcony. The windows can be opened. Street noises is not annoying. The city view is the back of Son Mi hotel and home roofs.
The basement garage is shabby. Free parking is fine.
Sunflower Saigon Hotel is the sister hotel of Sai Gon Vuon Hotel. They have both entries from each wing.
The breakfast is provided by Sai Gon Vuon Hotel. It catered to Chinese and Western guests. The hotels are senior and well known for people there.
The room rates are flat 800k, 1,000k, and 1,200k VND, including breakfasts and fees.

Sunflower Saigon hotel is at the same location connecting with Saigon Garden hotel. They shared garages and restaurants. Guests can go from the Le Hong Phong street to the 781 crescent road. It's an old hotel. The previous glory memory was still there. Rooms are basic. VIP room has a balcony and windows. The balcony is not accessible.
The hotel is guest friendly. A walking distance is to the Su Van Hanh road with shops.
The breakfasts are enough for Chinese and Western.

We stayed there 4 nights, and we dont regret it.

Rooms are decent, few details to be correct: Hot water isn't really hot everytime, sun wake you up at 6AM considering the bad drapes, cleaning service should be done before 2PM (but not the biggest problem and happened only 1 time so don't worry), drapes shower looks to cheap too (It would really make the bathroom excellent). Few details make perfection!

The staff is very friendly and will make your stay really comfortable (booking, room service, must see around..)

But for god sakes, please change your coffee, it's a disaster, it tastes like petrol (I think even petrol is better than "this").

The Wifi needs an upgrade too, you can't decently use the internet before 10PM.
