Friendly staff but the place is poorly maintained and worn out. Do not recommend.
Pros:

The staff was pleasant and attentive. It's great that there is a pool and the facilities, if they were better maintained, would have been a great positive.

Cons:

Everything was worn out and not well maintained. The bed was squeaking loudly on every move and was quite unconfortable. Shower, bathroom in general - not well maintained. The entire hotel seemed to have seen much better days but today is in poor condition. Same for the pool, which was open but tiles were missing, a pool light had fallen out and was put outside (while still cable sticking from the pool, not even sure how safe that was).

Отель в горах, можно останавливаться на несколько дней.

Pros:

Водата е прекрасна. Но базата е потресаваща. Също така, не е нормално в СПА център където би трябвало минералната вода да е лечебна, басейните бяха много мръсни и с огромно количество хлор или подобни препарати.
Базата има потенциал, но поддръжката й е на ужасно ниво!

Bad was not comfortable, SPA - narrow, located in the basement.
During our stay ( weekend) there were parties and loud music. They should respect guests’ rest.

Много спокойно място. Идеално за релакс.
Басейнът е с топла вода и е чист.
Персоналът е много отзивчив. Имат си ресторант, който работи и в неделя.

Pros:

Nice and quiet location, lots of greenery around the hotel.
Outdoor pool with warm mineral water and a small SPA center.
Dinner at the restaurant was very good.
Breakfast was simple, but sufficient.
Staff was polite and smiling.

Cons:

Regarding improvements, more attention should be paid to hygiene around the pools. The card payment terminal needs a better data connection. There could also be a small refrigerator in the rooms in a separate building.

Много приятен хотел с минерална вода.
Апартаментът с две спални е голям и удобен за четиричленно семейство. Освен хидромасажна вана, има и камина, която не ползвахме, защото посетихме хотела в топло време.
Персоналът е много учтив.
Ресторантът е с хубава храна, готвят много добре.
Външният басейн е с минерална вода с много добра температура и е много приятен.
Градината около хотела, както и зеленината около басейна много ни впечатлиха.
Изкарахме няколко много приятни дни в хотела и пак ще го посетим със сигурност.

Много приятно отншение на екипа на хотела. Стаите са хубави, а кухнята е добра.

Cons:

През почивните дни басейнът става твърде препълнен и има много външни посетители. Няма контрол на посетителите и във водата се пълни с надуваеми пояси, дюшеци и т.н., които пречат да се плува.

Location poor, Outdoor hot pool dirty, after two days it was cleaned and after that ok.
Pros:

Breakfast was poor, served with a smile and in Bulgarian. Only when we were leaving at the weekend there were more people and you actually could serve yourself from a sort of buffet.

Cons:

nobody spoke English or German in the hotel; only Bulgarian and Russian. We had problems communicating.
