Pros:

Hotellets fællesområder er OK, men værelset var trist, bygningsskader på gulvet, fugtpletter på loftet og der var kun en stol på værelset. Der var to udendørs områder knyttet til værelset men begge lå i skyggen. De udendørs gang der førte til værelset manglede lys, hvilket var et problem, da der var en del trappetrin, som var meget svære at se i mørket.

Kalau mau mencari tempat healing, jauh dari hiruk pikuk kota, pas banget tempat ini. Respect the nature. And i request for honeymoon because we just married, and they make simple decoration & it’s lovely.

Pros:

This hotel was the best we stayed in, in Bali. The staff were so accommodating and kind, the property is beautiful with beautiful wood carvings and details everywhere! I will definitely stay here again!

The staff also helped connect me to a guide and driver to hike Mount Batur Volcano. I truly appreciated my time there. I highly recommend 💕

Pros:

This is the most amazing hotel I’ve ever been to. With the exception of the pool. They have a great opportunity to redo the pool as an outdoor cliffside pool with amazing views. They missed the boat on that one. But the rest of the property is 10 out of 5 stars. Absolutely beautiful. Caution: for elderly that don’t like stairs. There are lots of stairs.

L’endroit est magnifique , un vrai havre de paix . L’architecture et la vue sont incroyable , la cuisine très bonne mais dommage qu elle ferme vraiment très tôt : 20h30 ! Les horaires du spa sont aussi très limitées . Pas de chauffage dans les chambres , le soir il y fait très frais quand même !

Over priced, cold hotel.
Pros:

We visited on NYE, bar and restaurant closed 8pm.. although we managed to obtain some drinks for the occasion we were already in bed asleep by 21:30hrs because the place has no heating and it was freezing. When we asked the staff about this issue the reply we received was "welcome to the mountains"...

The food was overpriced and average, the staff although friendly were not always accommodating for requests.

Pros:

Séjour absolument incroyable! Cadre magnifique, personnel plus que génial, emplacement idéal pour aller faire le trek du Mt Batur puis profiter du spa (payant). Un peu frais et humide, mais le bois réchauffe l’atmosphère et tout est fait pour qu’on se sente bien. Je recommande+++!
