Современный красивый отель с отличным сервисом. Есть спа-центр, бассейн, сауна и хамам. На ресепшн очень приветливые администраторы. Завтраки достаточно разнообразные. Есть 2 ресторана, так же в шаговой доступности много кафе и ресторанов на любой вкус.
Останавливались с семьей, с маленьким ребенком, персонал очень приветливый, сразу сделали апгрейд со стандарта до люкса с джакузи бесплатно! Отдельное срасибо за такой сервис!
Очень комфортный 2-х комнатный номер с диваном и кроватью, 2 телевизорами.
Рядом супермаркет,аптека, кондитерская Сафия.
Разнообразные завтраки, овощи.фрукты, все есть!
Есть бассейн очень чистый, комфортный, персорал обучен,приветлив!
Будем останавливаться еще в прекрасном городе Ташкент!

Отличный отель. Хороший завтрак. Понравился номер, он просторный. Вечером можно поиграть в бильярд в баре (тоже включено).
Брал эту гостиницу из-за наличия бассейна. Бассейн, джакузи и сауна шикарны - проводили там по часа 2-3 в день.
Расположение не центральное, но этим и лучше - тише. Да и при такой стоимости такси, можно спокойно туда-обратно кататься.
Напрягло мигание пожарного датчика, расположенного прямо над кроватью. И в зимнее время прохладно в лифте, после возвращения из бассейна (но на этот случай есть халат в номере).
Ну больше "докопаться" не до чего.
В целом всё понравилось, всё было классно. Единственный минус — постельное бельё: на нём были волосы, создавалось ощущение, что перед нашим заездом постель не поменяли. При этом всё остальное было очень чисто и комфортно: туалет и ванная чистые, в номере порядок.
Персонал — вообще молодцы 👍 Я снимал номер «Де люкс», но он был занят, и мне бесплатно поменяли номер на «Премиум люкс».
В целом рекомендую всем посетить эту гостиницу.

The staff members were eager to help and responded quickly when I asked to change the beds in the room. However, the issue originated with the hotel itself, as I had paid for four proper beds—one king-size and two twins. Upon checking in, I was given only a king-size bed and a foldable bed, which was not what I had reserved.
When I inquired about the airport shuttle, I assumed it would be free, as indicated on Booking.com. However, I was informed that it would cost 350,000 Uzbek sums. Since ordering a taxi through my phone cost only 50,000 sums, I decided to cancel the shuttle and arrange transportation on my own. Despite this, the next morning, when my mother (who was staying with me) checked out, she was told she needed to pay 350,000 sums for the shuttle service. Only after the staff reviewed the situation did they acknowledge that I had indeed cancelled the request the night before. Unfortunately, no apology was offered to my mother for the mistake.

Staff is really friendly and helpful, so you’re in good hands. Rooms are regularly cleaned so general feeling is that everything is tidy and clean. Restaurant at the sixth floor offers, nice view and some variety of the food. Swimming pool and spa area is definitely for recommendation.
I’m trying to be objective so I cannot continue without saying that this is a four star hotel, which is very reasonably priced. Interior looks a bit cheap and dated, rooms, although practical are smaller than I would prefer and breakfast offers a strange variety of food, but this is just me.
