it was ok but see dislikes to improve.
Pros:

clean, close to dentist, had kitchen.

Cons:

heater didn't work. I got a surprise pet fee of $20 a night which was not disclosed. it was very noisy, booming music from street lots of loud motorcycles and under flight path of airport.. no toaster. no oven. dryer didn't wok.no heater. sidewalk and neighboring public areas dirty. no public landscaping depressing looking.

Great place. Would stay again. The check-in process needs work. Right now the street is blocked off. Also it would be good to say that when you get there the entrance is a closed door and you have to press a buzzer to enter and talk with the security guard.

Pros:

The location was excellent, and the overall customer service was wonderful, with fast reply and good answers. I enjoyed staying at the apartment and building very much. It's a secured location open 24/7 with a gym and an amenities room which I did appreciate because I was in a different time zone, so I could practice at the gym late at night.


Thank you.

Cons:

The only thing I have to say about the room I have stayed on the third floor is that 30 feet away there was an antenna tower, so the guys who are sensitive to it need to be aware.

Check email prior to arriving so you’re ready to go. Email will most likely have key access and info you will need. Everything was solid. It’s a beautiful apartment.
