Never booking again.
Pros:

I like the Location.
Breakfast was good.
Food was good.

Cons:

The Hotel Bathroom was the worst and it was totally different from what was shown in the photos.

Staff discriminate- The Service Attendant only treats foreigners as real guests.

There was no Tea or Coffee at breakfast.

I guess, I'm never booking this Hotel again.

Pros:

I really like the environment and friendly nature of all the staff. All staff are very humble . I really like this hotel . There where 2staff in reception Diya and Sandesha they were so humble and also help us to our entire stay . I like to come again and again in this hotel ❤️❤️

Pros:

Nice big pool shielded from outside surroundings. Very strong Wi-Fi, best I’ve experienced in Nepal!

Cons:

A bit weak air conditioning in the gym

Great hotel in Nepalgunj!
Pros:

Excellent service, housekeeping, and restaurant! Beds were very comfortable. Our friends were delayed an additional day due to weather and we weren’t sad about staying an additional night!

I even used the gym twice. What a nice surprise in Nepalgunj!

Pros:

Stayed there for couple of nights along with my family & friends. All of us had a wonderful experience there. Starting from check in to check out we had nothing to worry about. Food was great. All my thanks & regards to Vinod Budhathoki, Mohan Chhetri, Jerry, Rachit Shrestha, Sanju & Kshitiz for making our stay delightful.

Really nice hotel
Pros:

Staff is very accommodating and friendly. Rooms are clean, fairly large and comfortably furnished. Beds are great. Restaurant is good. I had Butter Chicken and nann and it was good. It's off season so no buffet (which I don't particularly like) so was able to order included in room cost. I feel for the price it's a good deal.

Great place to stay
Pros:

The staff are very attentive; food in the restaurant is great and they are well prepared for power outages — and wifi worked well we particularly enjoyed being able to print documents at the front desk.

Pros:

We did not stayed their as we have a home in Kohalpur. On our last day in Nepal we thought of exploring 5 star hotels in terms of food.
Went to Central Plaza Hotel, Sidhartha Hotel and Another hotel near Bagheshwari Temple. However the only hotel we found worth in terms of taste and authenticity along with staff service is Hotel Starlight and Diwash & Suman were best.
We reached late as we tried almost all above hotels and lost hope in terms of having Tasty food for family of 6 plus 2 kids
Our saviour was Diwanshn& Suman who were on their toes even at the time of closing.
We ordered 3 Thalis and chef made it from his heart. Complete authentic Nepalese Food.
Next time whenever me & my friends from India are visiting Kohalpur again we will definitely have food here.
