Amazing
Pros:

The hotel staff was very attentive to all my requests and needs. They always greeted me with a smile and would resolve any request or problem with a heartbeat. Highly recommended hotel for someone who is looking for a 3 night stay in Istanbul. Near a tram stop and bus stops, so its ideal for transportation. If I were to travel again alone, I would definitely consider this hotel again.

Cons:

The breakfast could have just a bit more options and variety. Unless otherwise, everything else was great.

قريب من محطات الكار و المترو لكل ساهل باش تحفظ البلاصة الأوتيل موش ع الشارع الرئيسي ترقد مرتاح بحذاه برشا حوانات و سوق الفاتح قريب أسوامو معقولة برشا

فطور الصباح 9/10 يحاولو ينوعو و فما اللازم فاللازم البرسونال ناس طيبة و فيهم برشا يحكيو بالعربي

Fabulous staff, great location and reliable service.
Pros:

Welcoming, accommodating and helpful staff. Convenient location, close to trams and buses. Nice breakfast with a view. Great communication throughout. Clean, good WiFi and AC.

Cons:

Noise from fans opposite the building was a bit loud at night.

Pros:

L’emplacement est central aux lieux touristiques, tout se fait à pied. L’accueil et le service sont exceptionnel. Bravo et merci au personnel et particulièrement à Azzedine, Mahmoud et Louay ainsi que la madame qui s’occupe du ménage de la chambre. Je recommande chaleureusement cet hôtel à ceux qui veulent visiter Istanbul.

Un bon hôtel pour profiter sereinement de son séjour à Istanbul
Pros:

Hôtel bien situé, proche des lieux touristiques et du tram. Personnel très accueillant et chaleureux. J'ai pu exceptionnellement faire le check-in dans la matinée, ce qui m'a permis de poser mes bagages et profiter de ma première journée dans la ville.
Petit déjeuner au dernier étage avec vue sur les toits de la ville.
La rue de l'hôtel est calme, même le soir, et des petits commerces se trouvent un peu partout autour (superette, bureau de change, etc)

Overall I had a pleasant stay in the Meretto hotel with my family overall
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay in the Meretto hotel. The staff were very friendly, the breakfast was excellent and the amenities were very good including free WiFi and free AC. I also liked that the toilets were very clean and the shower had excellent water pressure. The lifts were a bonus and very much needed in a tall hotel such as this one. It was also not too busy or overcrowded and food was always well stocked and refilled quickly by staff. It was also very good to have a cooler in the room to keep water bottles, which the hotel provided one per person of daily.

Cons:

I would feedback that it would be nice to have bins in the room as there was one in the toilet but any rubbish we had we kept a seperate bag in our room for.
The restaurant is also located near a pub which some families may not wish to be near

Close to different public transportation means, which is very important in Istanbul if you want to efficiently spend your time.
Quite clean with everyday room cleaning possibility.
Delicious breakfast with variety of salads, cheeses and eggs, seasonal fruits and traditional breads like simit.
Staff at the hotel are very helpful and kind, ready to help at any time. Receptionists speaks english very well so communication is always flawless. They will try to answer any of your requests if they are capable.

Мы с семьёй останавливались в Meretto Hotel Laleli и остались очень довольны! Отель превзошёл наши ожидания — в первую очередь, благодаря великолепному персоналу. Особенно хотим поблагодарить Хуршид -ака— он был невероятно вежлив, внимателен и всегда готов помочь. Он не только давал нам полезные советы по отдыху в Стамбуле, но и заботился о том, чтобы нам было максимально комфортно, особенно с ребёнком.

Отель очень уютный: номера чистые, уборка ежедневная, каждый день оставляют бутылочки с водой. Завтраки вкусные и разнообразные — всё свежее и с хорошим выбором. Расположение отеля тоже удобное, всё рядом.

В целом, мы очень рады, что выбрали именно этот отель, и с удовольствием остановимся здесь снова. 😊😊😊

Pros:

My stay at this property in Istanbul was excellent. The location is great — close to everything, yet quiet enough for a comfortable rest. The room was clean, well maintained, and very cozy.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. Great value for money.

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Istanbul and would gladly stay here again.
