Pros:

La ubicación era muy buena

Cons:

Cuando llegamos nos dieron una habitación minúscula. Cosa que cuando reservas, no lo ves ni notas en las fotos. Cuando hable del tema ya que viajamos con mucho equipaje, no teníamos como movernos. Accedieron y me cambiaron a una habitación mas grande sin costo extra.

Un super sejour
Pros:

Le personnel est très gentil, professionnel et serviable. L'hôtel est propre. Le petit déjeuner était inclus, rapport qualité prix, très correct.

Cons:

Je n'ai pas mis 10, ce n'était a cause de l'hôtel sinon un peu pour le bruit du local a côté, mais ce n'est pas vraiment dérangeant.

Pros:

Todo fue perfecto. Muy buena ubicación y a solo 2 minutos de la parada de tranvía, buen desayuno, limpieza diaria de habitaciones y personal super amable y amigable. Si vuelvo a Estambul sin duda me volvería a alojar aquí.

Wonderful stay – highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The staff was friendly, helpful, and always happy to make our stay as comfortable as possible.
We also really enjoyed the location and the breakfast. We felt very welcome and would definitely come back again.

Thank you for a wonderful experience! We highly recommend this hotel.

Spokojne miejsce w gigantycznym Stambule...
Pros:

Znakomite położenie, blisko tramwaj, metro, sklepy i knajpki...Czysto i jak na centrum - cicho. Śniadanie na tarasie... Personel bardzo przyjazny i uczynny...Polubiliśmy sympatycznego recepcjonistę - Quyosha. Polecam!

Прекрасный отель, рекомендую! Расположение просто отличное — в шаговой доступности и метро, и трамвайная остановка, удобно добираться в любую точку города.

Номер уютный, чистый, кровать очень комфортная — выспалась отлично после насыщенного дня. Персонал отеля порадовал особенно: внимательные, отзывчивые, говорят на нескольких языках, что сильно упрощает общение и создаёт ощущение заботы.

Отдельно хочу отметить завтраки — шведский стол с большим разнообразием блюд, всё свежее и вкусное, есть из чего выбрать на любой вкус. Приятно начинать день с такого завтрака перед прогулками по городу и еще с панорамными видами с 7 этажа.

Атмосфера в отеле тёплая и гостеприимная — чувствуешь себя как дома, а не просто как случайный постоялец. Обязательно вернусь сюда снова при следующей поездке!
