Trato pesimo y quieren cobrar el doble

No me ospede

Cons:

Las personas son muy prepotentes y tratan mal a los clientes la verdad no recomiendo este hotel y ellos exceden los precios . No los respetan me estaban cobrando el doble de la reserva y me dijeron que lo cancelarían y nunca lo hicieron ahora no quieren darme el reembolso pesimo trato nunca. Vuelvo a ver este hotel

Pros:

I liked the fact that I could get the kids the hell out of there for the day and that we only spent 2 nights. I'm sorry. The kids did like the pool but I think it was because that's where they felt clean and safe 😀

Cons:

How much time do you have to read this? I didn't like the cockroach swimming in the dirty on the floor. The toothpaste in the sink from the previous guest. The public trash cans by my room door. The stains on the sheets. No towels. $40 for a "Room Cleaning" fee. I mean, basically everything that other guests have been saying for the last 5 years. READ THE REVIEWS PEOPLE. I DIDN'T.

The staff were extremely rude . I didn’t even check in and seen the quality do the place. I asked for a refund and they refused, they gave me the the run around about how he wasn’t the manager but told me 5 minutes before it was his hotel

Pros:

No breakfast. Location was great.

Cons:

Toilet broken. Wouldn’t flush n water filled all day/night.
Felt unsafe. No extra locks on door.
Rooms need remodeling n upgrading.

Cons:

Stained up rusted up broken up stove missing two ailes the first room didn’t have no peep hole just a hole in the door and shower was small an disgusting no ventilation so water leaks from ceiling when you shower. Floors are dirty feet get black in less then 5 min of walking around just not a good place to stay

We didn’t stay and the guy threatened us and told us we couldn’t get a refund.

Cons:

Everything. The roaches running around when I opened the door to walk in. I shut the door right away. Why would I bring my stuff in there and let my 1 year old baby in a room like that. The beds were not made. The stove was crazy. The hotel has never been cleaned. When I arrived he charged me another $50 even though I already paid $160 online and then I went to get in my room and saw and just broke down crying. I have a baby I don’t live like that. The pictures online were clean and nice.
