The worst disgusting place i have seen

It looks nothing like the picture
Its in a ghetto , we were two girls and it was so scary to go out alone at night as the place is located in the middle of a off street
Then we would expect the room to be cleaned but the would clean certain parts and never wipe the floor it was filthy
Staff are so not welcoming and rude, there was so much noises every early morning that wakes us up, the heaters are controlled by reception, we came in January when it was snowing so we weee freezing or would have to call every 5 minutes for reception to switch the heaters on.
On check out day we was 15 minutes late to check out because one of our bags had a problem in the lock so we asked for his help but he kept calling the room asking us to leave , when we went downstairs he attacked us and was very aggressive and then he kicked us out after trying to hit my friend , he started swearing at us and left us outside in the rain with our luggage which was meant yo stay in the safe at the hotel till our flight time , we tried to take a picture of him to report him to the police so he ran towards us and pointed at his penis saying come take a picture of (this )

Good location, next to transport.
Kind stuff. Especially Irfan was very helpful and polite.

Cons:

The room wasn’t very clean. Also, they could offer at least one bottle of water.

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, πλούσιο πρωινό, ευγενικό προσωπικό, καθημερινη αλλαγή πετσετων

Cons:

Σχετικά μικρό δωμάτιο(με παράθυρο ευτυχώς κατόπιν αιτήματος). Θα ήθελα περισσότερες κρεμάστρες.
Αν και γενικά καθαρό, συνέχεια έβρισκα 1-2 τρίχες (γυναικείες).
Το πιο αρνητικό ήταν τα χαμηλής ποιότητας στρώματα και οτι σε πάπλωμα και μια απο τις πετσετες ειχαν λεκιε(θεωρώ οτι το καθαριστηριο που τα στέλνουν δεν τα καθαρίζουν καλά γιατι οι πετσετες έβγαιναν μεσα απο κλειστή σακούλα καθαριστηριου)

Локация хорошая, прямо около метро и башни Галата. До Таксима добираться немного трудно по подъему, так как метро и фуникулер (Туннель) рядом, все становится проще. В целом чисто в номере. Номера видно свеже отремонтированы, но отопление не работало, дали портативный обогреватель, это не удобно и он согревал только основную часть комнаты, а ванна была холодной. С учетом цены (4 ночи - чуть больше 150€) это хорошо. Маркет рядом (24/7) тоже плюс. Но сам отель находится в развалинах вокруг, там и стройка и просто разруха какая то…это портит общее впечатление. Завтрак не плохой, но не всем друзьям из нашей компании понравился, кому то было нечего есть. Справедливости ради в Pera Rose Hotel Taksim завтрак был лучше, но там и дороже) душ и у нас и у друзей работал, хотя я читала отзывы, что в некоторых номерах были проблемы с водой. В общей сложности маленький отель, с приемлемым завтраком, хорошей локацией, довольно чистый. Если цель отдать минимум денег за проживание то это хороший выбор.

Doručak je bio u redu. Lokacija mi se nije svidjela, izolirano i zadtrašujuće, kao u Bronxu.

Cons:

U hotelu je izolacija loša. Kroz ventilaciju se čuje razgovor iz drugih soba kao da su pokraj nas. Ni jedan dan nam nije ispražnjen koš za smeće, ni zamijenjeni ručnici.
