Pros:

The location is amazing and the food at the restaurant is really good (although very expensive). Luis in the restaurant also provides stand out service.

Cons:

The rooms are fine but very small for the price and the bathrooms are not great because the layout makes them extremely cramped. The staff (other than restaurant staff) are also not particularly welcoming/friendly.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist super schön gestaltet und liegt perfekt in der Altstadt. Auch die Dachterrasse mit dem Whirlpool ist traumhaft.

Cons:

Die Classic Zimmer sind relativ eng und es gibt praktisch keinen Stauraum / Ablageflächen. Die Nebenkosten sind für panamaische Verhältnisse sehr hoch.

Pros:

Nous avons trouvé l’établissement très beau, le restaurant et les cocktails sont délicieux. En plus vous avez -15 % quand vous logez dans l’établissement.
Emplacement, parfait dans le centre de Casco Viejo.
Personnel très accueillant et aimable.

Cons:

Le seul point négatif et l’absence de fenêtre dans la chambre.

Underbart fint hotell som ligger mitt i gamla staden.
Pros:

Mycket bra läge mitt i den gamla delen av staden. Mycket hjälpsam och trevlig personal. Svalt och skönt på rummet. Fin och fräscht badrum. Fina rätter i hotellrestaurangen.

Cons:

Frukosten var något enkel. Det hade kanske varit bättre med en buffé istället. Hotellets läge kan vara lite besvärligt att ta sig till eftersom biltrafiken i gamla staden är väldigt långsam. Jag hade kanske stannat en natt till om priset varit något lägre.

Contratamos un guía privado a través del hotel, pero su nivel de conocimientos nos pareció insuficiente y la experiencia no justificó el precio pagado al hotel. Servicio no recomendable.

Pros:

Superb Boutique Hotel, in great old city location. Room’s fabulous (we had Suite 7) & adjacent Kaandella Restaurant VERY good.

Cons:

Roof top terrace disappointing, hot, noisy, small and not a place to relax and is only communal area on property.

A nice stay in an eclectic boutique hotel.
Pros:

Eclectic boutique property in the heart of the historic area of the city. Very clean and decorated beautifully with high ceilings. Great, lively restaurant attached to the property. A nice rooftop patio with jacuzzi. Friendly and attentive service.

Cons:

The room was a bit cramped but not unexpected for a boutique property. The elevator was in the middle of the restaurant below but it was nice to have it. Our room did not have a window to the exterior.

We recommend this hotel for a short stay in Panama City
Pros:

Excellent location, staff and restaurant.
We had a few issues with some facilities in the room and these were promptly fixed by the staff.
We thoroughly enjoyed our meals in their restaurant, the sea bass was delicious.
Staff very helpful and arranged a walking tour and massage on short notice.

Cons:

Room and bathroom were smaller than expected and there are no outside windows.

Hermoso lugar, la habitación preciosa y todo el staff muy amable

Cons:

El aire acondicionado de la habitación pega directo a la cara en la cama lo cual es un poco incómodo, pero entendemos que no hay mucho que se pueda hacer al respecto
