Superb Boutique Hotel, in great old city location. Room’s fabulous (we had Suite 7) & adjacent Kaandella Restaurant VERY good.
Roof top terrace disappointing, hot, noisy, small and not a place to relax and is only communal area on property.

Eclectic boutique property in the heart of the historic area of the city. Very clean and decorated beautifully with high ceilings. Great, lively restaurant attached to the property. A nice rooftop patio with jacuzzi. Friendly and attentive service.
The room was a bit cramped but not unexpected for a boutique property. The elevator was in the middle of the restaurant below but it was nice to have it. Our room did not have a window to the exterior.
Excellent location, staff and restaurant.
We had a few issues with some facilities in the room and these were promptly fixed by the staff.
We thoroughly enjoyed our meals in their restaurant, the sea bass was delicious.
Staff very helpful and arranged a walking tour and massage on short notice.
Room and bathroom were smaller than expected and there are no outside windows.

Très bel établissement, boutique hotel à la décoration soignée située idéalement. Personnel très aimable notamment au petit déjeuner. Ce dernier était très bien. Nous avions la suite duplex qui est très très charmante. Petit bémol pour le bruit lié à l’extraction d’air du restaurant qui s’arrête entre 22h30 et 23h pour reprendre aux alentours de 12h.
Nous avions sollicité l’hôtel pour le transfert à l’arrivée du ferry Isla Flamenco. Gros couac après plus de 40 mins d’attente nous avons pris un taxi par nos propres moyens : l’hôtel a formulé ses excuses et nous a offert un cocktail, geste appréciable.
Located in the heart of Casco Viejo, the hotel is charming and the room was very comfortable, although a bit small. The Wi-Fi was very fast and connected easily. The air conditioning and ceiling fan kept the room adequately cool and the large shower had marvelous pressure and plenty of hot water. The elevator was very handy for getting our large suitcase up to the room. The staff was very helpful and pleasant.
The decor was fantastic..local art and cultural artifact provide a very relaxing vibe.

The location in Casco Viejo is fantastic. Amarla offers beautiful décor, style, a warm atmosphere, and exceptionally friendly, helpful staff.
Restaurant service was a little slow at times (30-minute wait for drinks to be served at dinner). Christmas Eve dinner was delicious and worth the wait.
