Hotel precioso con ubicación inmejorable
Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta a pesar de que complica un poco por la llegada en auto que se debe coordinar con el hotel porque es zona peatonal.
El hotel es muy lindo y moderno.
El desayuno muy bueno, el personal muy amable.
La habitación que nos tocó tenía una vista maravillosa.
Fueron especialmente atentos y cariñosos. Volvería sin dudarlo.

Cons:

Me imagino que al ser un edificio con protección, no pudieron hacer closets “normales” y en vez tiene 1 ropero muy pequeño, entonces el espacio para guardar cosas no es mucho.
El menu de room service no es internacional. No hay lo “habitual”… una ensalada César, una hamburguesa…. Hay platos tradicionales muy fuertes para la noche.
El desayuno es excelente, pero lento. Se requiere buen tiempo para disfrutarlo realmente. No es para andar apurado.
Hubo varias fallas pequeñas… fallaba a veces en WC (no se llenaba de agua) y el secador de toallas funcionó solo 1 día de los 4.
Lo otro es que hay que tener en cuenta que como es zona peatonal, hay que dejar el auto cerca (con indicaciones del personal) pero si no se tiene red para llamar o comunicarse, se puede complicar.

Pros:

Honestly, the best all-around service I've ever experienced at a hotel. The staff is COMMITTED to making the stay a bespoke experience. Hotel is a great location to walk and explore the city. Awesome breakfast included in room rate with fabulous wait staff. Highly, highly recommend if you are visiting Ljubljana!

Amazing hotel and staff in beautiful Ljubljana
Pros:

The hotel staff met us to accompany us to the hotel. We were provided refreshments during check in. The room had a large balcony overlooking the river. The bathroom was amazing with a huge shower (Roman Key Room). The staff was amazing and so attentive. Old Town Ljubljana was so peaceful and picturesque. The hotel is fully remodeled and well located.

Extraordinarily good service by all members of staff, spectacular breakfast, the most environmentally conscious hotel we have ever been to, very central location with everything a few minutes walk away

Cons:

The mattress sloped away from the middle so it felt like you were sleeping on a hill. Limited storage space in the room to put your clothes away
