A great Boutique Hotel in the Centre of Ljubljana, letting you experience everything that is Slovenia!
Pros:

It’s location is fabulous, being in a pedestrian zone, it is quiet considering it’s right in the Centre. All the local attractions are within easy walking distance. The attention to detail by all the staff, from the initial meet and greet to serving you delicious food adds to the wonderful experience and makes you fall in love with Slovenia.

Cons:

Nothing not to like!

Pros:

The front desk team was unfailingly kind and helpful. Special shout out to Nate/I’ve forgotten your real name I’m sorry. The breakfast man was also top-notch. The service in general was faultless. We loved the hot towels and welcome drinks. Our rooms were really cute and every detail was so thoughtful. We enjoyed hearing the stories behind them. The spa was clean and fun. Breakfast was varied and the portions were beyond generous. The dining area was also really nice. We loved the coffee and tea options in the room as well as the complimentary items in the minibar. The loose leaf tea was especially nice. The hotel was really clean throughout and our rooms were serviced at least twice daily. The water pressure in the shower was really good and I liked that the toiletries provided were eco-friendly.

Cons:

What could be improved was my first impression via messaging on here. I was told all the rooms were quiet when I requested a quiet room but this was unfortunately not the case. Noise was unfortunately an issue in our room (15), we could hear music nonstop from the street all day and while it was mostly quiet at night we did have issues with some noise at odd hours from all sides (upstairs, the hallway, sometimes the street). We were also asked to send a message 15 min before our arrival which I did 45 min ahead of time but nobody saw it and we ended up having to carry all our luggage ourselves from the meeting point which was a bit stressful.

Un breve soggiorno in una città accogliente
Pros:

Tutto! Tutto perfetto, molto accogliente, gentilezza del personale della reception e del bar, la camera era pulitissima e decorata in maniera molto raffinata, con un eccezionale accortezza sull’utilizzo dei materiali, legno, metallo, vetro e pietra. Niente plastica. La colazione era qualcosa di straordinario, l’uovo alla Benedict il migliore in assoluto. Grazie

Service d'exception dans un très bel hotel du XVIème siècle. De quoi tomber amoureux de Ljubljana !
Pros:

Très bel emplacement dans un bâtiment historique du XVIème siècle à proximité de toute ce que l'on peut voir à Ljubljana, lits et oreillers d'un confort absolu, sans parler de la douceur des draps (j'ai même demandé l'adresse de leur fournisseur !), vue sur la ville depuis le balcon très jolie, magnifique spa que l'on peut privatiser (Hamman, sauna, water bed, massages), excellente nourriture, et surtout service d'exception, avec un personnel souriant, proactif, toujours en recherche de solutions et d'attentions. C'est tellement rare que que cela mérite vraiment d'être mis en avant !

Cons:

La chambre avec balcon est légèrement petite, mais ce n'est qu'un détail car elle est très bien agencée.
