San Pablo Villas

The property was great we had WiFi the whole time and great air conditioning the place was clean and well stocked people were friendly and the staff helpful would definitely go back here.

Compared to other properties in San Pedro, this Villa was spacious and had a beautiful rooftop dining and hammock area with lovely views. It was a lot cheaper than other properties on the Island and just a short buggy ride away from the busy centre. Our host Sandra was informative, kind and charismatic giving us great recommendations and places to hang out.

The size of the apartment, everything was comfortable. Plus, it has a washer and dryer. A full kitchen and bedrooms are spacious. Beds are large enough for two people to sleep in. In addition, the privacy of the house . As well as the Roof top deck amazing view.. When I plan to come back in September, this is where I want to stay. The cost of this apartment was a good value for the money, as well as the location on the island. With a grocery store around the corner, it had good prices. Close to downtown about a 6 to 8 minutes drive on the golf cart.

A great place to stay. Everything in the apartment is practically new, it is very well equipped. We were able to check in early, water and snacks were waiting for us on site. We felt very comfortable there, too bad it was so short.

Kitchen was great and having washer and dryer fantastic.

Upon reading the reviews I expected to leave a great review for this place but sadly I have to be honest if my experience as reviews always help me book where I’m going to stay.


CONS: The first issue was that there was no WiFi as was advertised there was a router in the unit but no Ethernet cord connected and no internet connection just the signal going out so we had to use all of our international data and buy more costing us $80. We messaged the host about the internet and she never replied to the message. The hot water was probably our second issue as the water only was hot for the first night. We informed the host that the hot water was not hot and she responded 24 later saying she could send maintenance out while we were visiting one of the islands and they came and from there we had one more hot shower after that and decided this was not something that was going to be fix while we were there. Next one of the scariest issues were there were two huge roaches the size of a small mouse in the unit crawling high on the walls. We were scared that it would get in our luggage and just generally scared to go to sleep at this point. We put towels below the bedroom doors so that it could not crawl in. We contacted the host regarding this and her response was did you find them as if it’s no big deal. We asked her if she had bug spray and no response or urgency regarding the matter. I was able to kill one and took plenty of pictures of this. Thirdly was the small ants that were

This was a last minute booking. Booked less than 24hrs prior and got a fast response. Lovely apartment, very welcoming concierge and comfortable stay. Will return in the future.

The villa was perfect for my friend and I to stay for a week. The location was away from all the other resorts and the rooftop area was perfect watching the sunset. And Sandra was extremely polite and helpful!

Maintenance came when called. Located close to many things.

Cozy 2 bedroom, very clean! Hot water, Sandra was very nice and accessible. Neighbors were very friendly. Would def stay again, the area is a tad off the beaten path but I never felt unsafe. Golf cart is needed!

The concierge was extremely helpful. we had a wonderful stay in a nice apartment for a great rate!

It was very clean and the Villa had everything you need.

Wifi has problems, but they fixed it by putting an extender in the home. It was much appreciated. Beautiful rooftop view. Air conditioning works well. Feels safe. Overall a wonderful stay. Would definitely recommend. Just required to get a golf cart so you can get around town (but you need one no matter where you stay).
