Centrul orașului (loc turistic)
Pros:

Recepția a fost călduroasă, personalul a fost prietenos și serviabil, micul dejun a fost delicios, cu un balcon și o priveliște minunată, camera a fost curată, locația hotelului este aproape de gara Sultanahmet.

В центре города, в 8-10 минутах ходьбы от Айя-Софии и Голубой мечети, недалеко от Египетского и Гранд базара, в 20 минутах, хороший Wi-Fi, вкусный завтрак на балконе с видом на Босфор, отзывчивый и дружелюбный персонал, за трансфер из аэропорта мы благодарим персонал ресепшена за сотрудничество в предоставлении нам комфортного сервиса

Bardzo fajny malutki hotelik. Mega blisko do Hagii Sofii. Śniadanie bardzo dobre przygotowane ze świeżych produktów no i ten widok na Bosfor. Personel bardzo miły i pomocny.

Zdecydowanie nie polecam. Cena i lokalizacja ok, natomiast obsługa klienta i komfort fatalny.

Śniadanie w porządku. Nic specjalnego, ale serwowane na zabudowanym tarasie z ładnym widokiem.

Cons:

W moim pokoju była zniszczona umywalka. Dało się z niej skorzystać, ale nie spływała woda. Toaleta również w średnim stanie- cały czas opadała deska. Jednym słowem łazienka tragiczna. Jeśli mowa o obsłudze to też mam wiele do zarzucenia. Podróżowalem służbowo i bardzo istotna była dla mnie faktura VAT. Poprosiłem podczas pobytu o nią 3 razy i za kazdym razem słyszałem, że załatwią to później. Podczas check outu nie było nikogo kto mógłby mi pomoc i telefonicznie się skontaktowaliśmy, i ustaliliśmy że prześlą mi fakturę online. Nic takiego się nie wydarzyło, na początku coś próbowali, ale bardzo niekompetentnie. Także faktury nie dostałem, wyjazdu rozliczyć nie mogłem, i opuściłem ten hotel bardzo niezadowolony. Dodatkowo w hotelu od 7:30 było bardzo głośno i ciężko było spać dalej. Wifi hotelowe regularnie się zawieszało.

отель маленький, лестницы узкие и крутые. комната маленька, но ванная большая.

Расположение около центра. Но до транспорта на Эсиненю ходьбы минут 20 по горкам.

Cons:

В районе Султанахмет в ресторанах действует правило - Белая рожа - в два раза дороже. Цены в 2 раза выше чем для местных.

Il personale della reception è molto gentile e disponibile, abbiamo parlato con loro prima di arrivare all'hotel per prenotare un taxi da e per l'aeroporto, il servizio è stato eccellente e confortevole, la camera è pulita e ha un buon profumo, l'hotel si trova in un sito turistico e storico (vicino alla moschea di Santa Sofia e ai musei archeologici e anche alla metropolitana di Sultanahmet), la colazione è fantastica e deliziosa con una bellissima vista dal balcone, buon prezzo, hotel confortevole consigliato

Le personnel de la réception était très chaleureux et serviable, ils nous ont aidés avec tout ce dont nous avions besoin, la dame dans la cuisine était très gentille aussi, elle nous a fait une omelette et des frites, la terrasse du petit-déjeuner avait une vue magnifique, tout le monde était sympathique, l'hôtel est dans un centre historique et touristique, à proximité des marchés, du métro et des lieux historiques et touristiques comme Sainte-Sophie, Internet et le wifi étaient très bons, la chambre était propre, je reviendrai ici,

Nice trip with friends, hotel staff is very nice

Great view during breakfast, clean room with everything you need (shampoo, hair dryer, hair cream, electric water heater "tea + Nescafe"), the hotel is located near Hagia Sophia Mosque and Sultanahmet metro station which makes it easy to reach, I thank the reception staff for providing us with a taxi service to and from the airport, a beautiful opportunity, a family hotel par excellence
